Bros Cleaning

I am writing this review for Alex Torres. I would not hire him again and I would recommend that no one else hire him. He never mentioned the name of his company. He called and said he was ready to start the job. I asked him to go out and look at the job first. Shortly after that he called and said he could start the job this coming weekend or Monday. I asked him if had went to look at the job and he said he had. However, I do not believe he had enough time to do so. The following Monday I met him out at my property to talk about the job and to decide to hire him or not. Well, he showed with a little bobcat and brush hog on the back of his truck. We looked over the job together. In the beginning, I agreed on a price, and then after we reviewed the job together we agreed on additional money for the total job. He told me he needed his money up front. I told him would not do that. I told him I would pay when the job is complete. He insisted on brush hogging that evening as he explains that he had to rent the brush hog. To help him out I would pay for the rental of the brush hog. And, he would get the remainder of our agreement when the job is done. I did not hear from him all the next day until he called me asked he could come by and get the for the brush hog. I told him yes. Even though he did not complete the job I paid him what we originally agreed to for brush hogging and told him I no longer needed him. The next day he texted and said he would be out at my property on Sunday. I texted him back telling him not to bother. Thank you sincerely for the opportunity to write this review.

They did an exceptional job would and will be hiring them in the future.
