I got a leak just after the big freeze (-2F) in early January. Called a couple of plumbers but they couldn't help me for several days and unwilling to discuss "out of hours" service.
Called Trinity, Nick came round in less than 30 mins ... made sure the water was turned off .... took a look and then arranged for one of his team (Bobby) to come round. Within 2 hours the repair had been done quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with this experience and would definately use them again.
They charged a fair price for the prompt service.

The actual installation went very well. It done very professionally and quality of work was good. There was 4 people working on the installation and new pip which cut the time down to about 2 hours.
I just have to rank them lower on getting to the job. It took several calls to get someone to show up and give me an estimate on the job. I was expecting someone to be here 2 different times and no one showed up and no phone call. After several calls I was able to get someone to show up and give me an estimate. The cost of the installation was the same price as the estimate as well.
Once I acknowledge to them I wanted to hire them for the job, it took another 2 weeks to get them to show up and actually do the installation. I do give them credit for showing up to do the installation before the below freezing cold front moved in and working after hours to do the job. If they could have been more responsive to calls and showing up when expected I would give them "A" across the board.
After the job was completed I did have a minor gas leak. That took right at a week to get them back out to correct it. I understand due to weather it might have been difficult to get out and correct the issue. I excepted a time frame given to me for them to be able to come back out. Once that time frame passed I had to become a dissatisfied customer to get them to show up and take the 5 min to correct the issue. The first call about the leak he walked me thru how to test and verify a leak existed. Then I tried to tighten up the union where the leak was. I thought I had it resolved but it appeared again. Being gas and not familiar with the fittings I didn't want to get to crazy with the tightening. If I busted the union or twisted the wrong way I could have ended up with a worse scenario.

They came out the day they were initially scheduled after some confusion but were over 2 hours late (late even with the requested 2 hour window). They could not install that day because we didn't have the right plug in the upper cabinet. I called and said that we would wait to schedule AFTER the plug was installed. I called them on November 13 - the same day that my electrician installed the new plug. Carlos said that Nick would call me back. He never did. I lost track of how many times I called that next week and was always promised a call back by Nick but he never called. Carlos finally set me an appointment for 4 December but called back immediately and said they could come tomorrow (27 November). I said that was fine as long as it was in the morning because I had a doctor's appointment that I had to leave for by 1:30. No problem, he says. On 27 November (today), when they had not arrived by 1130, I decided to quit calling Carlos and call the main company number listed here on Angie's list. That number went to a voicemail that actually stated a different number and said the mailbox was FULL. So I couldn't even leave a message. So I called Carlos. By this time, I've cancelled my doctor's appointment. Carlos says they'll still be coming since I cancelled my appointment. At 4:00, I called again. They finally showed up at 5:00. They installed the microwave fairly quickly and they appeared to have done a good job, so I have no issues with the work that was performed. But I will NOT use this company again and will definitely encourage all my friends not to if asked. They have no consideration at all for anyone's time and are very non-responsive.

I will never call Trinity Plumbing for any reason again. They wasted my time and didn't even have the courtesy to return my call.

A different plumber had told me the whole faucet should probably be replaced, but Trinity replaced the handles (which was much cheaper) and we haven't had any more problems with it.

Due to a misunderstanding in the plumber's office we were basically held hostage in our home waiting for the plumber
to show up. We had errands to take care of but were waiting for the plumber to arrive. After making telephone contact
Nick was very apologetic and promised to come to our house the next morning and becuase of the inconvience caused
by the missed appointment stated there would be no charge for the work.
As promised Nick arrived and increased the warter pressure on our kitchen faucet in a professional and timely manner.
If I have another plumbing problem will not hesitate to calll on Nick for repairs..

Of course the job was not so simple, he found and attached the new handle, which had been out of stock and discontinued of course, but the next day it had popped off again because the fitting was too tight, he came back and replaced the interior fitting, but attached no new cost for the part or time on top of the initial service charge. Positive experience.

I called a couple of plumbers and honestly went with Trinity because it was the cheapest while being highly rated on Angie's list. I called on Friday morning and the job was done on Friday. This was amazing to me! I could not get home until 3:30 from work and at 3:35 the truck was there. A plumber named Bobby did most of the work. He was polite and very professional. He moved very quickly and finished the job as fast as he could but did a great job. I have had bad experiences in the past with plumbers and so I am thrilled to find my new plumbing service for any more projects or help I need.

I called them just after 8 AM and the installation was finished by noon! They were very courteous, capable, and responsive. Their work was done neatly, and the area was cleaned up after they finished. We were extremely satisfied with their professionalism and will definitely use them in the future if plumbing services are required.

They knew what they were doing and were very honest. They looked at all the videos we had of our pipe and told us what they thought our problem was and the reasons for it. They turned out to be right. They had it fixed in half a day; we were very pleased with that. They came out a week after we contacted them.

Our water heater started leaking. I called several plumbing companies and they were all well over $1000. When I called Trinity Plumbing, I got a quick call back and they came the same day to check it out. Their price was lower, and both the owner, Nick, and his assistant Jesse were very professional, friendly, and didn't leave a mess. They were able to do the work the same day. I was very pleased and will now only use Trinity Plumbing.

Called on Friday morning. They said it would be Monday @ 8:00 AM when they could have someone here. At 9:00 AM Monday I called to see if they were coming or I had misunderstood the time. The person with whom I spoke said they indeed had said they would be there "first thing" Monday and he would check into it and see what the problem was. I asked him if he could call me back to let me know the status and he said he would. About 30 min. later he called back to say they were on the way and would be there within an hour, and they did arrive about 10:15 AM. They said they had an emergency repair in another town which was why they were late. I understand that there were more urgent needs elsewhere, but a call to let me know they were going to be late would have been nice. Repairs were completed in about 45 minutes. Repairs seem to be working properly. After they left I discovered that there were some smears from the wax ring on the floor which he had not cleaned up. Clean up was not a major issue, but it would seem more professional to have cleaned it all up before he left. Probably just an oversite.

They came earlier than we had planned. They came in uniform with their name on their shirts. They are licensed too. They were very nice and they got it fixed at a prompt timing. He was very polite and I was very impressed with his knowledge on plumbing and how many years he has put in. He also had dirt on his shoes, he was very conscious about wiping his feet off before even entering the crawlspace to look to find the issue. He did a good job at double checking and triple checking the work before he left.

Great email response time. One phone call the next day and two hours later the company was at the door. Repair technician was professional, yet personably. It was a see problem- fix problem experience. No sales gimmicks or trying to sell me anything. Will definitely use them again.

Incredible service! Clean, professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Our water heater went out on Friday evening December 28th. Our home warranty had one plumbing provider available in our area. That provider told me: "we don't get paid to work weekends for American Home Shield so we don't". Even though we would have paid the extra for after hours work, the home warranty provider wouldn't come out. Since it was a holiday weekend, we were looking at not getting service until Wednesday January 2nd. Completely unacceptable. So, after researching on Angie's list, I called Nick at Trinity Plumbing at 10:30 on Saturday morning. I was quoted $140, and they took the Angie's List coupon off that amount, for a total bill of $130.00 -- and YES, they work on Saturdays!! By 3:30 Saturday afternoon, Bobby with Trinity had made TWO trips to our home, replaced the thermostat and heating element, and stuck around to make sure the water was heating. THANK YOU, TRINITY!! We will be using Trinity in the future!! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Called 3 companies, no return calls. I work with a lady whose husband works for Trinity. He came out, fixed the pipe and called me with a $200.00 bill. Last time to fix a broken pipe I paid $360.00, I was surprised with Trinty's quick serviec, great repair and wonderful cost.

I called at 8:00 am, was told someone would be to my home within the hour, 2.5 hrs later I didnt hear from Trinity, I called and they came right out. I printed a coupon from Angies list, was told the price was already discounted so didn't get to use the coupon.Over all satisfied.

My father-in-law was here when they came but he said they were fine. The plumber was polite and took care of everything that needed to be done. His price was on par with everyone else and I will use him again in the future.

I highly recommend them. They are very ethical. They did exactly what their owner, Nick told me. They worked very hard to get everything just right. He is kind of a young guy and he knew exactly what he was doing. I never wondered if he was making the right decision. I just felt really comfortable. He had to travel a lot, so he was not able to be there during all of that. Many a times when contractors know that they are dealing with the lady than the man, they take advantage of that like I may not know as much as my husband would know, so they could get away with it. I never worried about it with Trinity Plumbing. I felt safe. I really felt that I got a good deal. I live out and they would go back & forth into town without charging me trip charges.
