 + -1 moreThe work was performed correctly and the service man was great. If it were not for him, it would not have happened, but Suddenlink was terrible, unconcerned, unmotivated to help and then when they had continued to draft my bank for the bill for the WRONG account, they then told me that I could just have a credit to THIS account six months out. It was ridiculous every time I had interaction with them. Their internet service is great, almost no 'down' time, the service men are great. It is only the company that stinks (and the personnel managing the office).
Description of Work: Set up our internet. The actual person that provided the service was great, but the company messed up our bill, did not send a person until several phone calls later, cut off service because the addresses were confused in their order taking, they did not return phone calls, no person in the local office will talk to you. You have to call the toll free number out of state to set up appointments and then the appointments are not kept.
