My specific mortgage broker was excellent. Her name was Susan Seeberg. I had shopped around and I needed a cosigner and had a little bit of a different situation and she worked with me and was really terrific. I was a first time home buyer and she really answered all my questions, worked me through the process, gave me paperwork checklist, explained why they needed everything so I felt very good at walking me through everything. She was good at suggesting when we should walk in interest rates. She was keeping an eye on everything. She was great. I could call her and ask her a question anytime. She was very nice, she will answer any question I have, she made very sure I understood what was going on and what the whole process was. I would use her again.
