Steve Landers Toyota

We have purchased three Toyota's from here between 2006 and 2013. It is a really good dealership, and a great facility. They have great customer service. Anyone can sell a car, but not everyone can service it properly. We really like Lander's. They are huge, and spread out all over. I have only good things to say about Lander's. They are a large dealership, but they are not "Too big for their britches" in terms of giving great service. I would say that their technicians are well trained. Their service department is responsive, and answers questions. I trust the work, and would recommend them to anyone.

They have WIFI, television, computers, and a coffee bar. You can also order food. They do sell sandwiches. This facility is rather new. It was built around 2008/2009. When they built it, they put in all the amenities for their customers. The waiting room is expansive. At one end is the parts department, and at the other end is the coffee bar/deli. In between is the counter on the far wall with computers. There is a smaller area of chairs that are positioned around the television. If you want to get out of all the noise, you can tuck yourself away at the other end, which is where I like to go. I do not like television blaring if I am trying to read. Whoever planned it put a lot of thought into making everyone feel comfortable in a particular spot in this waiting area.
