Randy Hudson

We ordered the door through Lowe's and contacted Randy through Lowe's installers.   Randy was responsive and courteous to contact.  He was informative and up front about what needed to be accomplished and what it would look like when he finished.  He ordered appropriate materials for the installation.   He uninstalled the old french door and cleaned up as he went.   He was organized and precise about his installation of the new door.  The job took almost a day to accomplish.  We he finished, he reviewed with us how to operate the door and that the final finish need to be delayed to allow the calking to cure. He reviewed the painting choices with us and how to get it from Lowe's.   He left the patio and house clean and disposed of all the remnants.  Since he was going to drop the old door parts off at the ReStore, I gave him the keys and installation paperwork.  I sat and watched most of the installation and asked questions during the process.   He answered politely and fully.
