We make an appointment. They will call and say it's time to do a tune-up. The office calls a half an hour to 45 minutes before they arrive. They get "A"s across the board.

I have a service contract with them. The price is really not applicable because you get a service thing that's a tuneup basically. If there is a problem with the oil burner anytime during the season, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, they will come out and fix it. I've used them for over ten years now, and will certainly use them again. ?They're very professional and they're timely. ?The home office is very responsive to any little needs or anything, and so are the people who come out to work on the machine. It took them 45 minutes to complete the service.
