I have had no problems with the unit.

If I have an service call and its minor. Like clean coils, because the tenants aren't cleaning their filters, they will charge $85 a visit. If they have to replace parts, it will cost more. I am satisfied with their work. I am satisfied with their responsiveness to me. I am satisfied with the cost they quote me with repairs and new units. I think they are competitive. I won't say they are the cheapest person in town, but they are competitive and fair.
