It included the materials, and their installation of it. They installed it with concrete post at the corners and stuff, and they did a great job. Its not unattractive looking. It looks like a white picket fence on the outside of it. Excellent. Price is excellent. Quality is also excellent. Responsiveness is excellent. Professionalism is excellent.
