The tile was laid crooked and unleveled, and is unfinished. The cabinets were not sanded, he painted over the handles and some are even painted shut. He took my old carpet from my house and sold it, and has not laid new carpet yet. He said he had new carpet that was from another house who's owners wanted hardwood instead, and he ended up not being able to get that carpet. I told him to just put my carpet back, and he told me that he already sold it. He kept my house keys and broke into my garage and stole all of the materials I had purchased.
