I buy a package of three oil changes and tire rotations for $100. That particular experience was fine. It is hit or miss with this dealership back and forth. I had another brand of car in the past and they were a little more attentive to who their customer is. Every time I go to this dealership for an oil change I am asked if I got my car there. They should know. I don't like that. I will go and buy another brand of car once I am done with this car. The oil change service director and all of the boys who work there are very efficient, professional, polite and respectful. The waiting area is nice. It takes about an hour to have the oil change done.
