Bogy Construction

We gave him a job that should have taken a year, two and a half years later he wasn't finish, we got our lawyer on it, it was just awful. We found out he didn't pay his suppliers and his subs. One thing that did happen is that he made a cut in road for the electricity and he didn't repair it properly so we couldn't get the certificated of occupancy so we were gonna repair it ourselves but the building inspector in town said don't you do it I will force him to do it and some how he manage to force him to do it my guess is they threaten never give him another building permit in town and so he did it but the building inspector saved us twenty five hundred dollars on fixing a road cut that this guy did a terrible job and they weren't going to pass the cut that he did. One of the thing we had to repair was that the roof that he put on started leaking even before we moved into the house because he didn't put in proper flashing in the skylights he just didn't put any flashing at all really just put some metals around there hoping it would hold.
