Audi Silver Spring

I bought a care package. It is just beautiful. You drive in for service, you drive in to a covered facility, it is like a garage with an automatic door that opens so when you get out you are indoors. Then you walk into a lobby that is just like a living room with a TV set so if you have to wait it is very, very cozy. For the most part, I get a car. They have a car ready for me they provide it free of charge when I have to leave my car overnight. When you buy a car from them, that’s the kind of service they give you.

I met them at the DC Auto show back in 2012. I did not know what car I was going to buy. I must have gone to the Audi place probably six different times asking questions. I was making comparisons and getting in the car and whatever and they were just as courteous to me every time I got back. They never made me feel uncomfortable. Like you’re asking too many questions or do you want to buy the car or what. The guy gave me his card and told me he worked in the service department at Silver Spring Audi and to come talk to him when I was ready. The same guy that was at the auto show is now the service manager at the Silver Spring Audi. So he treats me with the same courtesy as when I met him at the auto show.

I pre-pay for the service. They did a good job. The waiting time is three to four hours. Mostly that it was free. They did explained what they did for that maintenance.
