I was exceptionally pleased with one visit, even though they couldn't fix it. The mechanic told me several things it could be. After checking and re-checking my AC, he recommended a couple of local mechanics I could try as he couldn't figure out what was wrong. They didn't charge me for even the initial visit! Great customer service!
