He got there at appr. 9am-traffic is heavy on my street so we did it on a Sunday- he worked till almost 3:30. Its a very large house with 2 large decks.

They were responsive, scheduling was a little difficult, however, they went beyond my request and pressure washing gutters and removed rust stains from garage door which I had not requested but greatly appreciated. Very nice workers.

My wife and I were estimating the cost of having our house painted and possibly re-sided. We decided first to have it power-washed. After checking on Angie's List, we decided to contact Gulf Coast Pressure Washing. Mark Sexton and his team came out and pressure washed our house, driveway, and sidewalk. After they were finished, it was appraent that all we needed was some touch-up work on the house trim. The curb appeal that their workmanship has brought to our property is amazing! Not only will I continue to use them every year, but am recommending them to everyone that I know. My house appeared to need a paint job, but now it is apparent all I need is some touch-up work on the trim. I am really pleased with curb appeal Mark workmanship has brought to my property. He receives high recommendations from me.

I contacted the owner, who came out the same day to provide me with an estimate for the work to be done. We agreed on a price and the appointment was scheduled for the following week. He showed up on the scheduled day and was able to perform the pressure washing. Because I was at work the day the cleaning took place, we agreed that I would look over the work and contact him to work out any issues and questions. I had no problems! The work was satisfactory and I was able to mail him my payment the following day, which was the same price as originally quoted. The whole experience was easy and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Mr. Sexton showed up as scheduled in fact a little early. Very friendly and personable yet very professional. Finished the job in a very workman like fashion.

I CALLED TWO COMPANIES ON MONDAY. ONE I LEFT A MESSAGE. MARK ANSWERED AND SAID HE WOULD BE BY AFTER LUNCH. TRUE TO HIS WORD HE CAME AND LOOKED OVER THE JOB AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. ALTHOUGH THIS WASN'T TIME SENSITIVE I AGREED AND HE SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. HE LEFT NOT MORE THAN 30 MINUTES AGO AND MY WIFE AND I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED. MARK SHOWED UP AND WENT TO WORK IMMEDIATELY. NO BREAKS. JUST WORK. HE EVEN TOOK CARE OF THE MOLD AT THE BOTTOM OF THE HOUSE. MY WIFE WAS SO PLEASED SHE ASKED IF HE DID ANY OTHER WORK BESIDES PRESSURE WASHING. A GREAT OVERALL EXPERIENCE.
