This plumber is AWESOME!  I will never use another plumber.  He was on-time, on-budget, and he even helped me save money on items I needed, but he did not directly provide.  You can't go wrong with Chapman Plumbing.

Called them on a Friday and informed them of leak. Water was already shut off at meter so they came on following Mon. Precise location of leak was difficult to find because of shrubbery and sloping lot. To avoid a lot of digging where an underground sprinkler system was in place, a leak location company was called in to locate the leak. Once precisely located, the water line was dug up and leak was only a few feet from the surface. It was caused by a ruptured plastic pipe connection to a copper water line and was repaired quickly. However,  a few hours after the repair the leak came back and the line had to be dug up again. The replacement fitting was found to have a manufacturing defect and it was quickly replaced with another one. Since then there have been no problems.

Found that there had been a leak in the past, but it had been fixed. The spot that I saw in my kitchen ceiling was in fact bleed through from where it had leaked before, but the old owners had not sealed the ceiling before painting it. Recommended that I re-seal the ceiling and then have it re-painted.
