I was impressed from the first experience with the owner, Kyle Wilbanks. I called and made an appointment for the following day...
45 minutes before the agreed time Kyle called to let me know he was running 20 minutes late. He then showed up exactly when he said he would. This young man is clean cut and well mannered....ending every sentence with yes or no ma'am. I requested he call me by my first name and he did but not without adding a Miss in front....addressing me as Miss Deb. He measured my yard then told me about his company what type of equipment they use and explained his services available and the cost. He offers from the very basic to a full service year round maintenance. He carries workers comp insurance for his employees and best of all puts it all in writing with a
detailed contract.
We have used Wilbanks Lawn Service for approximately 3 months now without an issues or complaints. They have shown up every week as promised. If anything, they have gone above and beyond my expectations. One example would be when the postal carrier left a package on my front porch. Instead of using the blower and blowing around the package the young man moved it to one side before blowing off that corner then returning the package to the original place.
