It was promised a two day completion, and it was I appreciate the professionalism before, during and after. The total cost for two rooms plus hallway and closets, were worth every dollar spent. Bobby and his team did a great job with our flooring install. We had new vinyl tiles installed in our kitchen and laundry rooms. Due to an emergency plumbing issue it was a last minute need, Bobby was able to squeeze us in early which we are so grateful for. Him and his team got everything installed quickly without sacrificing quality. They also worked with us as we had to coordinate with the plumbers to move our water heater. Throughout the whole process and some bumps in the road we had with scheduling on our end, Bobby was very kind and accommodating. We loved our experience with Reeds and would without a doubt use their services again!

Bobby was very easy to communicate with from the beginning. He was timely in the delivery of his quote and very competitive. Timing was the big thing for us choosing Reeds Hardwood Flooring. Just days after closing on our “new to us” home, Bobby got to work immediately. Bobby stayed on schedule and was here everyday when he said he would be. The job took about a week in all. However, we did have Bobby refinish the entire downstairs of our 4100 sqft home along with 18 stairs. He helped with custom blending the exact finish we wanted and applying the correct sealant. He really did go above and beyond working with our special circumstances as we have two large “high maintenance” inside dogs. Bobby’s excellent Customer Service didn’t end when the last coat was applied. He came back after all of the work was completed, ensured that his work exceeded our expectations, and provided tips to protect our “New Floors.” We would recommend Bobby to ANYONE considering a flooring project.
