They were wonderful and did everything I asked for and more. They worked really hard, they did break something but they paid to fix it.

They were really good. They brought all of their supplies and knew exactly how to place things in the truck.

The three young men were very professional and very focused on my satisfaction.

Jonathon with Motivated Movers did an excellent job of doing  a walk-through of our rental home to determine how long and how much it would cost to move all of our household goods approximately 15 minutes away to our new home that wasn't yet finished.  They sent us a quote which was very nicely done and with a competitive price.  I appreciated their detailed brochures.  Jonathon and staff were very friendly.

They were prompt, efficient, courteous and professional. We highly recommend them.

The move went well. The final cost and amount of time spent moving was very close to the estimate. We opted for three movers instead of two to help move things along. It cost I believe $35 more an hour to have the third person, but it really helped speed things up. I believe we ended up paying less or close to it by using three as opposed to two movers.
All three young men were professional and courteous, and did a good job. We had a few minor scuffs to some furniture, but that is to be expected when moving large pieces. Example: We had a pre-fab entertainment center that took some damage, but it was more because the entertainment center was made out of pressed particle board and not because of negligence. It would not have fared much better if I would have moved it myself.
In the end, I trusted the Motivated Movers crew with our stuff. I felt comfortable using them, and that is important to me. I would use them again.

They stacked and put everything where we wanted them to. Three men did the work because of the piano. They were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They would answer our questions, they were neat, and responsive as well.

I had an out-of-state move from Alabama to South Carolina (about 5 hrs). Not only did I have a townhouse to move but additional items in storage. I was given an original quote of $2650 which was less than another quote I received. My company decided it would be less expensive to go ahead and add my office items (chair, 3 file cabinets, computer, 2 printers, 25 boxes) to the truck (the additional pick-up the day before and unloading at my new office was an additional $500 - which I thought was a little on the high side.) Everything was going well until they started loading the items from storage and realized there was not enough room on the truck. Since they knew of the additional items, I wish they had gotten a larger truck. I now have to come up with creative ways to get the rest of my things to SC which will probably have to be done in more than one trip. That being said, they were very professional and I truly appreciated the fact that Jonathan came to my home to give me an accurate estimate. Was very pleased with the move - nothing damaged.

They did a very good job. They are still holding some of my things until the house sells and then they will move everything else for us.

excellent job! excellent price, everything went exactly as quoted and planned. the workers were organized and fast. they handled my antiques and bulky furniture with care-no damage or scratches.

They called and actually asked if they could come early! They went right to work. They were courteous and fast and very skilled at packing a truck. We made 2 trips and had about an 8.5 hour day. They were awesome! I definitely use them again.

I had a very good experience with them. They were very efficient, nice and trustworthy. They did not damage anything in the move. Since it was a very close move, we moved all the small things. They moved the large and heavy pieces or things. They would do it all but I just did not want them to do it. I would consider using their services again in the future.
