A friend referred them to me. They show up when they are supposed to. They offer a program where they will come back and treat any additional spills in 6 months or a year. These are not necessarily things they didn't get the first time but subsequent things. They leave a spot cleaning solution that you can dab on small things or pretreat before they come back. They do packages that can include tile and grout cleaning in combination with carpet, or upholstery in combination with carpet, so you can get a discount.

Cleaner performed duties and proceeded to tear up my lawn upon exiting the premises. Did not return emails or phone calls after I emailed them photos of the damage. Would never recommend or use this company again. Be aware, after they get your money, they quit caring.

"The member called late in the afternoon and we returned his phone calls and emails the next morning. While backing out, our technician mistakenly slipped off the edge of the driveway and left a tire mark on the member's lawn. We hired a professional landscaping company to re-sod that area and the member was pleased and promised to remove this review. That was in January of 2010. It had been over a year since this incident and we contacted the member about following through on his word to remove his slanderous remarks and he apologized and promised to take care of it. The member held us to a very high standard to act quickly and we did. It would be nice if the member would hold himself to the same high standard to act quickly in keeping his word."

Dad's picked up my rug, cleaned it within a week and returned it to me for $350.00. The rug stank to high heaven when they took it, but looked and smelled brand new when they brought it back.. They were courteous and helpful, and even made suggestions about how to spot clean my other rugs and kitchen floor. Great folks, I would definately use them again.

Came out same day. On time and professional. Cleaned carpet in a playroom. Did an excellent job, getting up stains that I thought might be permanent. They moved furniture and I was suprised and pleased that when they put the furniture back in place, they placed small pieces of plastic or styrofoam under the wooden legs of the chairs, tables & sofa to protect legs from dampness of freshly cleaned carpet. Extrememly pleased. Definitely a good value & will use again.

In preparation for listing my home for sale, I needed to have the carpet cleaned to get ready for showing. I called Dad's based on their high rating on Angie's List. The woman who answered my call was very professional and extremely helpful. She gave me estimates and different options and told me their different plans. She set up an appointment for me within a few days time. The carpet rep that was assigned to clean my carpet called me prior to arriving to give me an approximate time he would be there. He was there on the button at 8:45 AM. (I was scheduled between 8:30 & 9:00 AM). The carpet rep explained everything he was doing, measured the rooms and even gave me an upgrade on my service because the square footage turned out to be a bit less than the amount the package I had selected would cover. He went over all the steps of the process with me in detail and made sure I understood everything and was in agreement. He was very professional and courteous. He even left me a bottle of spot treatment for free. When I came home later, the carpet looked like new. There were no stains to begin with, but I did have some traffic patterns and they came up beautifully.

Dad's Carpet arrived on time. I showed Mike the areas that I wanted cleaned, which included several pet stains. He measured what needed cleaning and then explained their process, giving me options of what I would prefer to do. He did a great job. Most of the pet stains came up and the deodorizing smelled wonderful and clean. I will certainly use them again! Very pleased!

I called to inquiry about an estimate. The man on the phone was really nice and have me an estimate on the phone. They were able to schedule for the next day (which was great since we had the cat urine issue). They had 3 different plans to choose from with different levels of service. I went with the middle plan. It took him about 3 hours. He wasn't able to get all the stains out of the rocker, so he only charged me half price! It took about 3-4 days for the cat urine smell to come out of the carpet. But now I can't smell a thing! And I was very happy with the carpets; there were no stains on the carpet! The carpets took about 24 hours to dry completely but only about 4 hours to dry enough to walk on it.

I was not impressed with them at all. They were not able to get the spots out all. They were all talk and very little performance. They were on time and friendly and everything, but the quality of the work was terrible.

We have used this company for a very long time. They are a good, reputable company, and they are always on time. They did a good job, and they always do good work. I feel that their technicians are above the training that is the normal for a carpet or upholstery cleaner.

I was unhappy with my old company so I thought I would try them out. I can tell you they are higher than some of the others but they do the best job. They are worth it. I have a large home they do all the living areas, three bedrooms, halls, etc. The staff is educated on proper fiber care. The have proper equipment for different jobs. They use different techniques for different fibers and stains. They really pay attention to all the details when cleaning. Nothing is extra, not stain guard, not moving furniture it is all included there are no surprises like with the other companies.

I was very pleased with the job they did on my carpet. They got the carpet very clean. I have used them several times and been very pleased each time. I like that they are very personable. They send out a news letter to their customers regularly. It is very nice.

We only wanted them to remove a few stains in the rooms but they went ahead and did the entire rooms at no extra cost. The stains were no where to be found now and we were really happy with the job. I would also say they were very convenient and a whole lot easier to work with than other carpet cleaners I have used in the past.

Dads Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning does such a wonderful job at cleaning carpets. I have used them for many years. I am so impressed, that they are able to get all the stains out of my carpets and are so thorough. The gentleman from Dads Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning moved all the furniture in the rooms and I was impressed to see he wore booties over his shoes, so he would not get any further dirt on the rugs. I also know that Dads Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning uses pet friendly chemicals, which are very important to my family.

We used another big carpet cleaning company in the past but we use Dad s now because they did such a great job. These people are really thorough and professional. The carpet looked new again and they followed up with a phone call to see if everything was to our satisfaction. That shows they really care about their work and customers.

Our carpets turned out nice and clean and werent over saturated. He cleans the carpets in my church and does such a good job. A lot of us members use him for our homes. He is very nice and takes care of all the furniture. The results were in our favor and we get what we consider great service.

Overall, I thought he did a great job and the carpet looked brighter, newer, and so much better as a result. I found the price I paid to be the local average. I was able to get an appointment at a time that was most convenient for me. The man showed up on time and worked hard to get it done in about two hours. I dont know if he wouldve moved furniture to get all areas, or provide protection for furnishings to prevent chemical stains, due to the fact I had him in prior to moving into the house. I remember the carpet being dry in only a few hours. Id recommend this company to family or friends. He successfully removed any and all stains present.

I just havent found any other company that did such a good job and without any hassles. When I called them out it was always convenient and the carpets couldn t be any cleaner without being new when their finished. They were fabulous when it came to getting in the areas hard to get to and I really loved their service and attitude.
