We liked them, the experience was good. They cover a huge area and they are well known so they can find potential buyers a little bit easier than other companies, because they are so big. It all depends on the Agent and a couple of the Agents were not so good. We've had the same experience with other companies. Our Agent could have been better.

Through the contract she gets a percentage of my sale. There are a lot of houses for sale on my street and mine is the only one that has been shown. So I think that's great that she is going above and beyond to show my house to all of the potential buyers out there. They have the most comprehensive website, you can find anything on their website easily. Someone is also always available on the phone so you don't have to track anyone down.
