Manicures/Nails
I went in on the 25th (9 days earlier) for a gel manicure. They charged me $30. 9 days later the polish completely peeled off my nails. I went in the next day to complain and they laughed at me saying that sometimes it just comes off and I just need a new polish. I reluctantly agreed to pay the $20 for a gel polish change even though I had just paid $30 9 days earlier. During the service the lady nicked my finger so bad it started bleeding a lot. I then decided I didn't want them messing with my nails so I said I changed my mind and didn't want the polish change but to just clean them up and I would pay for that. They charged me for a full manicure $10 even though they nicked me and didn't put polish on my nails.
These people are very unprofessional and I had a horrible experience. I will never go back to them and neither should you!
