 + -1 morefailed front panel which means my TV is not economically repairable. He did not charge for this service. I had previous taken this TV to American Video Service, 2607 Triana Blvd, Huntsville, AL, 256-536-6992, and George determined my TV had a failed front panel. Since my TV was about three years old and cost $1699 I wanted a second opinion. Both opinions were the same, a failed front panel. George had another TV of the same exact model which had a failed front panel too. He told me this is a common failure for this model.
Description of Work: Mr.Norris plugged my Sharp 60 inch flat screen TV (M/N LC-60LE810UN) into 120 VAC, read the flashing light in the chevron below the screen.  + -1 moreIt went fine. It took a couple of weeks for repair, the wait was for the delivery of parts. The owner was knowledgable, outgoing and nice. The price was reasonable. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: I called this company on a Sat. morning needing help. I let the phone ring over 10 times but no answer. One would think that a TV repair shop would be open on Sat. I eventually got help from the Geek Squad at Best Buy. I used to own an Ace Hardware store so I know what good customer service looks like. Accessibility is definitely one ingredient.

 + -1 moreHe did a great job. I would set up an exact time to drop off and pick up.
Description of Work: I called them on Friday, told him it was having trouble turning on, it would take 5 minutes or more to turn on and when it finally did it had purple dots all over the dark parts of the picture. He said if I could bring the TV in early Saturday morning, he could have it fixed by that afternoon. Which he did. We had a little trouble communicating about what time to come pick it up so I didn't actually get it back until Monday. But, it works great and the price was very reasonable.
