This company went far beyond what they had to and all of them were so nice. They discovered when opening my septic tank it was totally full of roots and limbs and that it was not draining at all. This resulted in having to replace a good amount of the pipes. I thought their price was more than fair.

Very pleased with their professionalism and knowledge. Jason tested the pump and float to ensure what needed replacing. I also decided to have the main septic tank pumped, since they were already on site. Punctual and called ahead as promised so I could meet him at the house.

They were very professional and courteous. They came out on Monday to give me an estimate and then came back the next morning to do the work. I've been in the house since 1986 and had never had a reason to locate the septic tank, so it took a bit to uncover/discover just where it was. After locating and uncovering the tank they dug the new trenches to lay the new drain. Once that was done and the trenches covered the cleaning truck began there work. It took quite a while for them to drain it, as it was full to the TOP. This is the first time to my knowledge it has ever been cleaned out, so that would be at least 31 years. Thanks so much for all the help and completing the job so quickly and efficiently.

Reliable didn't show up on day they were supposed to, then didn't come on the next day they had reset for the appointment, then didn't call or show up on the next day they had reset for the appointment. So they set 3 appointments and didn't show up for any of them. Very disappointed as our prior experiences with them had been good.

"We apologize you feel you had a bad experience with our company. Due to the rain and weather we have had to reschedule multiple customers to later dates. We do not believe in bringing equipment out to anyone's property after the ground has been saturated for a long period of time. Our office has tried to contact you to discuss your experience with us. In the future, if you will contact our office, we will accommodate you the best we can. This was also a beautiful yard that did not need digging up to diagnose the problem but the customer wanted the field line dug up any way to but did not want us in his yard unless it was dry. The system was bleeding out from the last field line. Thank you, Reliable Septic Service"

Matt was AWESOME! He quickly diagnosed the problem and was very honest & helpful. He realized that my problems was not the septic tank. It was an issue with my plumbing. To my surprise Matt did not charge me for coming out to assess the issue and he immediately referred me to a great plumbing company called The Drain Man(Mike & David) who immediately worked me into their schedule the same day. The plumbers immediately found my issue and fix it very quickly. I really like the professionalism, the fast response, and the quality of both companies work ethic. I will definitely call Matt in the near future to have my septic tank cleaned. Thanks again for your honesty and you help.

The initial quote was excellent but when the installer stated if it wasn't deep enough it wasn't his fault, it concerned me, but the install itself was trouble free and appears to be a good job. The plumber has not hooked up yet.

"What the installer meant was he had to put the tank in at a certain depth and since the plumbing from the house wasn't in yet there was no way to know what depth to set the tank at and if we set the tank too deep that puts the field lines too deep. Basically we had no plumbing to go off of and if the tank and plumbing didn't meet up it was only because we had no plumbing to go off of. Thank you for your business we greatly appreciate you!"

I was hoping that just a tank cleaning would fix the issue but it did not. The problem was first diagnosed as a clogged header line from the tank to the field lines which was scheduled for the end of the next week. When the team came and dug up the header line to replace it, it was discovered that the field lines were also clogged and also needed to be replaced. Which was again scheduled for the next week because of inspection requirements. I was not charged anything when it was determined that I also need field lines. All work was completed in a professional manner and at a very reasonable cost. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Reliable Septic Service :)
