John Stacey

John and his crew showed up when expected and finished in three days, one day less than estimated. John was on the roof working with his crew. During the job John found two small areas where the decking needed to be replaced.  He cut out the bad material and replaced it with plywood I furnished.  There was no additional charge for the decking repair.
During the job they took great care not to damage the shrubbery. I would say that when they finished there was no evidence that they had been on the premises, except for the new roof.
There were a few unopened roofing bundles at the end of the job which reduce the labor charge from  the estimated $4,250.00 to $3,825.00. The Building Material store picked up the unused bundles and gave full credit.
I am writing this review a year and a half later and have no complaints, in fact, I have referred others to John.

He showed up when he said he would.  I called and asked for an estimate.  I had several estimates and his was the better one.  I furnished the materials and he furnished the labor.  He had his whole crew with him.  In 15 minutes they measured everything and told me what the price was.  They arrived early because it was hot.  They worked until early afternoon and left for the day.  They came back the next day.  They estimated four days to do the job, but they finished it in three days.  They did not ask for money upfront.  His crew consists of people that are related to him.  My experience with them was wonderful.  I wrote them a check on the last day when they finished the work.  Everybody for whom he has done work for are extremely happy with his work.
