I was going on a road trip and needed to be sure my tires were safe and fixed
properly. The service department made sure that the leak was fixed and they
rotated my tires, all for free! No more problems. I bought my set of tires from Treadwell and they rotate tires for free.

Excellent. Everything about it was excellent. They people were able to explain what needed to be done, and the repair work turned out great.

I took truck in for service (36,422 miles) and was told it needed a number of costly serious services performed. Brake flush, Transmission flush *needs immediate attention, and power steering flush. I explained that these services were already performed at their facility for 30,000 mile service. Service tech then says I only need an oil change and filter. I was also told that three tires should be replaced due to dry rot. The tires are original equipment and only four years old. I do not plan to use them again. I feel either they did not perform the service at 30,000 miles or was trying to do it again and I do not know which. Strange that one minute the truck needed all this service and next it did not need it and was fine to drive.

I went there because they had a good deal and they gave me the best price after shopping around. I didn't care how nice they were, they could have been a grouch if they gave me the best price but they were nice.

The overall experience was good. They did everything they were supposed to do. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this provider again.

The sales experience was great. I had been searching for a while, and I went with them because there wasn't red tape and they did not pressure me for a purchase.

They explain to you what they are going to do before they do anything to make sure you are ok with their repairs. I really like them. They make sure that you understand everything.
