They did a great job. The came when promised. They were very professional.

They either answered the phone or returned calls immediately, came quickly to provide an estimate, and showed up exactly on time to do the job. The work was completed quickly and expertly. I will use again any time I need an electrician.

These guys really helped. They were very punctual and showed up on time. They were polite and thoughtful. They checked our concern and that led them to check other things that could be related problems. After troubleshooting the problem and explaining it thoroughly, they laid out our options in a clear concise way so that we could make an educated decision. We asked them to proceed with the work. The work was performed on time and very professionally. 1st class. We will not use anyone else in the future.

We actually haven't used them enough so they're hard to comment on. But my husband says they did a good work. He thinks they were excellent.

I smelled an acrid, burnt electrical smell in the kitchen and had no idea who to call to check it out. I'm going out of town for a couple of days and it made me uneasy, wondering if my electrical issues are safe.
After consulting Angie's List, I called South Alabama Electric yesterday morning and the woman I spoke with sent electricians this morning. They were not only on time, but early. They checked my A/C to make sure there were no burned out wires- they discovered the ballasts in the florescent lighting in the kitchen needed replacing, and this was the source of the sharp smell. They fixed it quickly and explained everything clearly as my level of understanding of electricity is and quot;turn on light, plug things in, etc!and quot;
I wasn't surprised by the price, and in fact felt it was reasonable considering the costs of services now days. I can't complain- plus, the contact person I spoke with on the phone told me up front what to expect. It's all good.
The electricians were professional, courteous and informative. They were very pleasant to deal with. Thanks Angie's List for the recommendation. I'm very pleased. And, I can highly recommend.

I had some electrical sockets that needed checked, I was having some lighting issues. I had a good experience with this company. Two people came out and they were very prompt. I am pleased with the service they provided.

My house caught on fire and they came in and fixed the electrical and checked to make sure all of the wires were ok.

They did a great job. The power company said that they were very reasonable in their price. They give me an estimate and it is right on their estimate. They are on time. They clean up after themselves. I have no complaints. I would use them again in the future.

They ran around town looking for ductwork for the bath exhaust fan and didn't charge me extra. Can-do, go-to folks. Installed the ceiling fans so well they didn't need balancing. They were careful, thorough and friendly.

It probably would be couple of months ago that I last used them. They come when you call them in a short period of time. They always come when they say they are going to. They are very nice people to work with. They do an excellent job. I've used them off and on for a long time.

Dan and his partner were great, very pleasant and so easy to work with, quick and professional. Dan even show my daughter how to start the generator. we are going to have them come out to install new light fixures we are purchasing. Loved them.

I called and the electrician came out and looked at the house. He had an estimate the next day but said they were a little busy. Being late in the hurricane season, I didn't mind and told him to get to it when he got a chance. Being my luck, a hurricane Ida entered the gulf two weekends later. The electrician called me the day before the hurricane hit and had it installed that morning. The next day a small storm blew by. The electrician was always professional and the actual cost came to be less than the estimate.

It went very well. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and its employees. They were courteous, friendly, and professional. Each step was explained to me.

They have renovated the electrical portions of my bathroom and my kitchen. They have always done good work and their prices are always reasonable. They are licensed of course and have not created any problems. They came, did their work, left and billed me later.
