Came on a Saturday to pressure wash in order to get the painting done during decent weather. The painters were very pleasant to deal with, arrived early, stayed late, cleaned up after themselves and did a wonderful job.
"Thank you for your review. Rene'"
His crew showed up as scheduled and power washed the areas discussed. They all wear painters "uniforms" and are very polite. The prep continued and painting of large areas was mostly finished in two days. Due to some rain forecasted, we were notified the night before they wouldn't be painting the next day. The job site was cleaned up each day, only leaving a large ladder at the side of the house which was used each day.
The front door was the last to be done. One day was spent prepping the surface, another for stain and a coat of poly. The third was a final sanding and final coat of poly. The door looks brand new. While stain and poly dried, other touch up and small jobs were completed. No time was wasted, crew was busy the entire time.
I would recommend Pro 1 Painters and use them again.
"I made an appointment with [member name removed] to look at the project she wanted completed. Next, I arrived at her home on the day we set the appointment on time. [member name removed] went over four projects she wanted completed during the eight hours she purchased. (cut in her den area, paint a window in her kitchen, paint the Formica back splash and repaint her kitchen cabinets that were painted improperly and needed to be sanded and two coats of paint applied). Anyone familiar with painting kitchen cabinets properly knows that it takes time and skill to do them properly. I asked [member name removed] which project was the most important to her and we could start on that project and if we finished it within the eight hours we would move on to the next project. However I felt the cabinets would take all of the eight hours. I told [member name removed] exactly which products she should buy, where to purchase them (Sherwin Williams) and it would be best to have them on site when my painter got there. [member name removed] did purchase the paint using my account. [member name removed] asked me my opinion on painting some additional walls and what the cost would be. I did not asked for additional money nor did I quote any additional work for [member name removed]."
