CHAVIS FURNITURE

On behalf of a family member I am writing this review. Appliance was delivered, installed and was defected from the start. They came twice and nothing fixed it. They were blaming the manufacturer and vice versa. So far nothing has been done to correct or replace the appliance. Been an established company since the early fifties ? I don't think replacing the appliance will break the bank.

Working with the Chavis sales team to pick out my mew stainless appliances was so enjoyable. The stafff was over the top helpful and friendly. They took the time to look up specific warranty details, rebate officers and quality comparison reviews while I was in the store. They were very patient as I took my time to make up my mind. Then they worked with me to schedule installation around my busy schedule. The delivery and installation crew were very proffesional and courteous and left no mess behind, everything was ready to be used when they left.
I will definately conisder Chavis in any futre purchase I make that they can assist me with.

My experience with Chavis Furniture and Appliance was outstanding. The sales and office staff go out of their way to help. If you are in the market for a new appliance, I would highly recommend you check out Chavis'. You might just be surprised - as I was!!!

Dan and the entire staff at Chavis were extremely helpful in guiding me through the entire process of appliance selection for every new appliance in my home. They were all informative, helpful in ALL respects of the process, without exception! The selection process was very involved so far as price, features, reviewing and comparing specification sheets, product literature repair history, customer reviews and customer personal observations and experiences. I never felt rushed or pressured in the selection decisions at ANY time. They were a always prompt in answering questions about specifics and if they did not have an answer at a specific time, they were very prompt with the follow up. I felt very comfortable and secure during my entire experience with this vendor. When the entire remodel was complete, I am secure in the knowledge that I could not have made a better choice in a supplier for an expenditure of this magnitude. I have not hesitated in recommending this company to all friends and acquaintances who were contemplating appliance selection of any kind. I'm sure they will be treated in the same helpful, professional and knowledgeable manner as I was. Should I have a need for another appliance of ANY kind in the future, I will not waste time comparing prices from other vendors. I know I will get the best deal from Chavis, not only so far as price is concerned but the follow-up after the purchase which, to me, is an extremely important part of any major expenditure. Another MAJOR factor that was so pleasant in this process was the ability to make a telephone call to someone LOCAL and have the problem solved very, very quickly, with no language barrier or long wait times on the telephone.
