His staff are polite and courteous and the work was all done in a timely manner. He even gave us a 12 month warranty on our replacement transmission. No one else would.

We were referred to them by a friend. I don't have anything to compare their price to. We needed it done. They did a very good job. It's just that they are very busy and that's one of the reasons why we went there constantly. The only drawback that we had was that the day that they had told us that it would be done, it was done the following week. The wait was a little bit longer than expected. Their responsiveness was very good. I don't think it was their fault. It was just an inconvenience for us. They did a very good job. They were very professional. I have recommended them already and would use them again in the future.
