All the personal were polite and responded to any question that I had.  They always came at the appointed tie and finished the installation, at the agreed price.  I would hire Current Electrical, for any electrical need I might have, in the future.

I needed a home standby generator and decided to go with the Generac brand. After talking to some local vendors, I went to Home Depot as I wanted their 'backing' for any installation.  I learned that Current Electrical had just been named to this region as HD's installer. I was contacted by the President of CE who indicated that I was going to be one of their first installations in this area. That was fine with me figuring they want to do a great job for HD ont he installation and will stand behind their work. The bottom line is I have a new generator and peace of mind from electrical outages.
As far as process, the President of CE (home based in Alabama) happened to be visiting his new office in Franklin, TN (for the Nashville area) and came to our property and discussed what was needed and answered my questions.  They provided a quote which was competitive with others I had received, but his knowledge of the business and their installations in Alabama indicated they knew what they were doing.  I had read that installs of generators require professionals and partly this is due to the required extensive electrical rewiring of your electrical panel, and partly because, in my location, you need a city inspection, coordination with your electrical company, and, propane gasfitters who added a line  from my tank to the generator. CE handled all this and everything worked together just fine. I also had them install a whole house surge protector.
The generator itself, was delivered within two weeks, but the install got delayed over whether I needed two transfer switches - or one.  I have 400 amp service (more than normal households). Once this was straightened out, their electrician and a helper  came back and it took about about 6 hours to hook everything up, wait for the power company to switch the power back on, have the electrical inspector sign off, and make sure everything worked.  As CE gets  more and more referrals from Home Depot in this area I am confident their installs will go even smoother. They delivered what they promised, at a reasonable price, and in a professional manner. And that is all one can ask from an installer: so I give them a 'highly recommend'.

We are selling our house so timing and punctuality are everything. Current scheduled to do electrical work for us on Friday October 26, they did not show and when I called they said it was to late in the day and couldn't make it (they made the appointment) and they would be there Monday. I explained to them that we had a house showing at 10:00 on Monday morning which they stated "no problem, they would be in and out by 9:15.
At 9:00 I tried called Lacy Springs Mini storage (who you get when you call Current Electrical) and there was no answer. I called the phone number provided on the answering machine and the message on that number was "I'm to busy to take your call"!!!
I called General Contractor explained my frustration. They contracted with another electrical company to perform the work.
I am glad that some had good experiences with Current Electrical, I did not and will definately not hire them to accomplish any work for us.

They did very well but their quote was a few hundred dollars higher than somebody else so I did not use them. There were no negative issues that stood out to me; the only thing I went with was price. I will allow them to bid again in the future.

I called to get a quote and Steve came out as he said he would and gave me an estimate on the work I wanted done. He made a suggestion to install a can light over a shower/bathtub to add more light, which I was glad he did.  I called the company to let them know I wanted to go ahead with the work.  It took a couple of days for Steve to get back with me, but after that all went well.  The electricians came at the time they said they would and completed the work in a professional manner.  

They are very honest, and the do not over charge.  They follow up very well.  They are very responsible.  They stand by their work and they are concerned about their customers.

Workers were fast and mostly kept busy while they were here.  Lead technician spend first 15 minutes on the cell phone working a problem, but after that was completely efficient.  Technicians used booties to keep from tracking on my new carpet.  I've used this company now 4 times over the past 15 years and they have always been dependable and efficient.  Cost of service was reasonable.
