Mark was very professional and friendly. Gave me a great price for the job. His crew cleaned up and raked after the tree removal. They also had to take down a section of my chain linked fence and put it back up as though it was never removed. I would highly recommend their services.

Professional service

Mark and his crew did a great job. Worked fast, cleaned up, they just did a wonderful job. I had a long fence to be cleared of trees and brush and a dead tree to be removed,stump grinded,etc. Did an amazing job, even to raking up the leaves at the end.

Mark worked my schedule and performed excellent work within a limited space. Mark came in with the lowest quote for 7 trees so of course I was concerned but he does excellent work and will consider him first for any future tree removal projects.

I was the one that was elected to find a tree guy for our trees and 3 other neighbors. A neighbor down the street called after Mark had left and told me he was an awesome guy and that I should hire him. So I called and did that! He was very easy to reach either by office phone or cell phone (including Text). The only thing negative I would say would be make sure that you move everything out of the way otherwise it will get broken. They did minimal damage to my garden and the trees and a poor bush bordering the fence. Mark is very informative and explained what they were going to do, just make sure that if you have any questions you ask them and get a clear understanding of what clean up means... He believes that you should not pay until the job is done. I appreciated that, and I realize that one can not get every root when doing big trees so for the 4 that were left behind I guess we will axe those up...He did my next door neighbors huge tree and from where I can see it looks great. The other 2 are still looking or weren't ready yet. I would recommend him and his crew for your tree cutting needs.

Mark thoroughly explained what he would do and then did just that. He clearly explained what I needed to do in my yard before he started. Very little debris left behind, very little damage to surrounding foliage and fencing.

Slow getting started on the Job, otherwise quick and thourgh

Mark was very informative and easy to work with from day one. He was on time to provided a free estimate and he explained exactly what his plan would be on the tree and stump removal. His estimate was very competitive and due to his friendly personalty he got the job. I had two trees and stumps removed which were between my house and my neighbors. Marks crew was on time and completed the tasks in a safe and timely manner. It was a pleasure dealing with Mark from the start of gathering estimates to final job completion.

I put out a review previously against Allison Tree Service, of which I still stand behind. However, it only focused on what my issues was with them so I would like to broaden the rating of their work more. They were really easy to talk with and get the job set up. They came in and did their business removing exactly what they said they would do. They were courteous and did a great job. The location of trees I had removed was a very challenging job for them and they were able to succeed without damaging anything in my yard or my neighbors yard. They got down to business and stayed focused on the task at hand. So overall I have to say they did a good job. However, that does not negate the fact that after the job was done he was not able to accept credit cards. On our initial consultation he said he accepted credit cards and his price was right so it was a no brainer for me. However, when the job was done he wanted cash/check instead of doing a credit card transaction because of the additional charge that would cut into his estimate. I was put on the spot and felt like I needed to pay him cash. So the whole process cost me and additional $90 of which I took the hit on just to meet his cash requirements. But aside from that I would recommend him for any job, just caution that you need to make sure payment terms are understood and perhaps even laid out in the estimate. That was on me for not being more adept to the situation and assuming they were like every other business and would accept credit cards.

Make sure payment terms are understood upfront. I ended up losing $90 out of the deal because the payment method wasn't clear up front in the negotiated price, and the company didn't want credit card because of the fees he would have to pay after the negotiated rate.

Excellent service, prompt and went over and above what was quoted. Friendly and professional guys to work with and will do what ever it takes to get the most difficult job done. I will be using them again for all my tree work.

Mark Allison and his team were exceptional! Mark returned phone calls promptly, they were on site and delivered exactly what he promised. Fantastic value as Mark's quoted price was well under other estimates received. Mark and his team worked non stop from their early arrival till their departure. They absolutely prioritize safe operations and taking no chances. They evaluated many options and always proceeded with action that posed the least risk. They safely took down a 135 foot Poplar and a 120 foot Oak that were uphill and leaning over the house. Each limb was cut and safely lowered to the ground. The massive tree trunks were brought down precisely where they planned, saving adjacent trees, fencing and the house from any collateral damage. They are professionals who have earned my highest possible recommendation. Mark and his team are my "Go To Guys" for any future tree work I need help with. And just to set the record straight, I had no prior knowledge of Mark and his team before this. I have handed out Mark's card to my co workers. I am very thankful for the referral from Home Advisor. They are a great resource to efficiently find skilled and professional services.
