It went horrible. I am in my forties and have bought plenty of cars and this was the worst experience I've ever had. I was purchasing a car for my daughter as a co-signer. They kept making excuses and made us wait for hours. They kept saying it was almost ready. We left for lunch and came back and they didn't have any numbers for us. We waited until I had to go back to work. I left and came back and they still weren't ready. They made us wait a total of seven hours. Then finally when we were in the finance office, I asked what kind of rate they had on the loan because I knew what kind of rate I could get from my own bank. He told me to wait that we would get to that. He made me sign all this paperwork first. He never told me the rate, and I didn't realize this until after we got home and I went through the paperwork. They gave me a loan with an 11% APR. I could have gotten one at my bank for 5.5%. They also did not put the loan in my daughter's name as instructed. They put it in my name. When I called the finance manager, Greg Davis, back to complain, he said, "Well the rate was on the paper you signed." I was livid and still trying to explain my complaint when he actually hung up on me.
There were also a couple of things on the car that were supposed to be fixed that we had to repeatedly call back to get fixed. The car actually broke down on the side of the road less than a week after we bought it. They said they couldn't do anything about it.
These people were extremely unprofessional. We were ripped off and deceived and we would never in a million years recommend somebody to go there.
