Arrived on time. Very friendly. Quality not as good as AT&T but for what you save in money it's worth the switch!

Their phone representatives are pretty good, they seem to know their stuff. They can answer questions in a form or format in a way they don't tie themselves up in knots responding to you. My complaint, like many others in the country I am sure, is the cost of service. I would use them again as I have no choice. I would like to state I have no choice to use them, they have a contract with the municipality I live in. It is a sole source provider, there is no competition. It is what it is. You have to take what you get, and it is really up to them as a provider on what kind of services you get and how they deliver it.

Service only so-so. Many freezes and 'no service' instance throughout the day. Internet speed just OK. Phone seems to work OK but we use it mostly for backup for our cell phones. Very overpriced for what you get. Am shopping alternatives now.

We don't have a choice. We really don't like the service. There are a couple of channels that we would like to get, that we don't get on the plan. The one time we had called, they didn't make their appointment and they didn't call to let us know they were going to be late or anything.

The initial install was a problem, but only due to previous installs. The service is pricey, like all cable providers, but is relatively reliable. Their customer service has been sketchy at best. At times I have received prompt knowledgeable service, and others help desk people have been less capable.

I am a WOW! customer for cable internet. I had a problem with my cable modem connecting. I called customer service, who determined that it was a configuration issue. They were able to fix the problem remotely in just minutes. I was very pleased with the experience.

1.  I am continuing to have problems.  At times in the back office it is impossible to enjoy a program because the picture goes in and out, there are constant pixels, and the audio is horrible.  I was told that WOW was in the process of changing out old cable and it should clear up on its own in approximately two weeks.  That was over 5 weeks ago and there has been no improvement.
2. Two months in a row I have had to contact WOW regarding refunding a charge for digital boxes.
I answered "yes" to using them again because I have no other alternative than to contract with Comcast or no longer subscribe to cable TV.

I have cable and internet service from WOW (formerly Knology).  About 6 months back (November of 2013) I moved and this created a lot of problems.  The service technicians had trouble keeping appointments, services were not setup properly after repeated visits (over a couple months) and the bill took several months to get close to accurate.  Even now, the bill is not correct and WOW's "fix" was to hard code offsets into the bill that will expire and cause me to have to go through parts of the billing process again every few months.
Overall, cable and internet are necessary which makes the pain of dealing with WOW a requirement.  The price (when correct) is good.  If there was suitable competition that was somewhat close on price then I would not be a WOW customer.
I contacted WOW a couple months back to offer a full recap of the months of issues we had been dealing with.  I was directed to their website to submit feedback.  I typed up everything with dates, etc. and submitted.  I have received no communication back from that submission.

After 2 hours of automated calls and transfer from person to person once calls were finally answered, wrong information was given. Service was added in spite of discovering that the hardware I have does not have DVR capability.  I shared my hardware brand & model number during the conversation & was told it was compatible.  Had to call in again to cancel my order.  Not worth the hassle to try again.  I contacted customer service by email, relating difficulty and did not receive a response of any kind to my concerns by email or telephone.
Called on 3/7/2014 regarding poor reception of on demand movie.  Went through automated reset process.  After 30 minutes, checked reception & it was still not ok.  Called again & was on hold for 20 minutes.  No one answered and I had listened to incessant, barely audible repeats of ads about how great WOW! service is.  Finally hung up.
Customer service regarding their cable products is non-existent.  Such a huge change from Knology.  I could get service related help and problem resolution within 15 minutes every time from Knology's call center.  Bigger is not better.
Looking for a new television provider.

They have been good. They correct any issues I may have. I have not had any issues with them. I like their customer service. The internet quality is good. I think that they have some technical issues to work on with their cable. Their price is generous. I will continue to use them.

WOW took over from Knology.  Since that time, we have had nothing but issues with them.  The internet is unreliable, inconsistent and the speeds vary wildly.  Customer support is virtually impossible to get to with wait times of in excess of 15 minutes (with no concept of how long the time will be to be on hold).   Unfortunately, this is the only cable and broadband provider for the city.  If there is ANY other way to use another service - I highly recommend it.
Their only big change in the most recent past has to jack up the prices by "converting" to all digital and encrypting the basic cable channels, all the while "blaming" the FTC which removed the rules that prevented cable companies from scrambling basic cable.  So not only are they unreliable - they as a company also appear to be untruthful.

WOW bought out Knology. I have had WOW for about five months now.  I have totally unreliable service. I had them out maybe 10 or 12 times each time they supposedly solved the issue and it was never solved I finally contacted their headquarters in augusta Kim was extremely accommodating she would call the Huntsville office and explain what the service should be like I expect a refund on all of this. I do all of my family affairs online and it is important I have reliable service. I pay $80-$95 a month for service. I pay on time. After it was all supposedly working right I got a refund under 50 dollars which was about a slap in the face. I no longer have a land line due to the problems I had with Knology

Installer insisted on installing a VOIP box instead of my landline. Even though I told the service tech I DID NOT WANT VOiP . Also, he succeeded in disconnected one of my active lines. DO NOT.. DO NOT .. DO NOT use W.O.W.

I just moved into an apt. in Madison.  Subscribed to WOW cable and internet.
Technician was on time and hooked up system  Later, we moved in our TV for the bedroom (which was not there during the original installation) and the cable in that room did not work.  Called WOW and they came out the next day and found the problem was a cable in the attic that apparently had been disconnected by a previous resident.
I am pleased with the service so far.

I tried to call twice and was put on hold both time for over 15 minutes. I finally held for 20 mins on the second call and got through.
Their commercial States they will WOW you and make you change your mind about cable. When the girl answered I told her I was wowed, I hate cable more now than ever. I got a person with a very bad attitude. She ended up telling me she could not give us servi e and hung up.
1. Poor wait time for a company that wants your business
2. Poor customer service and employee attitude
3. non-service to an area that they say they service.
4. Would not recommend and will not go back unless I get an exceptionally good deal to get me to change providers

I've never had a problem with their service. I shopped around and found that Knology (WOW!) is the cheapest. I have 12 gigabytes now. With the multiple connections, it helps. I am happy with the service. I've never had to wait calling them. The guy that installed it was awesome and funny.

We have used Knology for internet and phone service for about 12 years and couldn't be happier with the reliability of the service and the ease of getting techinical help in the rare instances when needed.  Highly recommended.
