Their service was good. The estimator was not that good. I grade him an F. The installation part was an A.

Work crew of 3 arrived promptly at the scheduled time and date, in spite of rain.  They set up their equipment in the area we had previously prepared for them and begin to remove the old windows very quickly.  Installation of the new windows followed with no problems encountered.  This was due in part to the careful survey and measuring that was done prior to execution of the contract.  The entire job lasted about 3 1/2 hours from arrival to their departure.  They placed tarps on the floor  inside the house to prevent any damage and did a super job at "finishing" off the installation with caulking and trim and cleaning up after they completed their work.  The windows look great.  Couldn't be happier with the finished product.

It took approx two months from the time we placed the order until the windows were installed. This was due mainly to their business backlog and the fact that we requested a certain installer.  I was familiar with his work and did not want to take a change with someone I did not know.

Once he and his crew arrived, the work was done promptly and with great attention to detail. I had two minor issues which Window World took care of quickly.

They did a wonderful job and I am more than satisfied with them. We did have fellow moving our grass, and a stone came and broke one of the windows in the front. They came in and replaced it, and we didn’t pay them anything. When they say its life time warranty, they really mean it, and it doesn’t matter if I break it or I do something else to it, that’s really good. Their warranty is wonderful. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

The salesman that came out was extremely knowledge about the product. He represented his company extremely well. In describing his product, all the advantages and stuff like that, he was very careful to not speak badly of his competition. This was important to me because if someone starts talking down on another product or company than I am leery of him or her. He knew his material, had answers to all my questions and he was extremely easy to work with, get along with and talk to.

I was very upset with this company. I was told that the job would be completed in three weeks. Six weeks later the work was still not complete. I feel that the workers that installed the windows did a very poor and incomplete job. They were not wearing professional shirts. They also smoked inside my home without my permission. Before the work was complete the workers were arrested elsewhere. Their work trailer was left on my property for two weeks. In fact, they didn?t clean up after the work at all. When they finally returned they came only to collect money. The company offered to reinstall everything the correct way but has yet to do so. I am not at all pleased and will never use this company again.

I would recommend them to others. They are very efficient. The windows seem to be very good. The installers of the component did a good job. They cleaned up all the mess and did not leave a big mess. They took all the garbage away. They are always on time. I would use them again in the future.

The job went awesome.  The crew was phenomenal.

They were correctly installed.  With the particular model of windows we have seen a decrease in the heating and cooling.  Professional installation counts a lot with windows and they were professionally installed and we watched.  My husband is a retired plumbing contractor and he has done remodelling and stuff so he knows the building tray and they were excellent.  Everything was just as it was described and I can see the efficiency and professionalism with which they were installed.  

The windows are guaranteed and if there was any problem then they would come and replace it without any charge. They were vinyl replacement windows and I have been very happy with them. If anyone is looking for vinyl replacement windows then it is a very good competitively priced option and we haven’t had any problems with them but when we had they fixed it right away. They came and we told what we wanted. They measured and did exactly what we wanted. The windows were double pained and much more energy efficient than the windows we had earlier. There was self features which kept it clean.

The windows we bought from Window World Inc Company were excellent.  I had no problems with their windows.  The only problem I had was that the original installation crew did not install the windows in the manner that they had told me they will install.  The installation crew that came out first was contractors.  However, when I contacted the company about it, they came right back out and fixed it.  I had two windows that were bad.  So, they came out and replaced those windows too.  There were no questions being asked and there was no extra charge, they just did it.  Everything was excellent except for the quality of the installation.  I would use them again in the future.

He had a catalogue with him so that we could see what we wanted choose from. He was able write the estimate for us. I didn’t have any complaints with any of that. My only issue that I noticed was that when I got another estimate I found out that I did need the testing for lead which he planned and I didn’t need. So that was an extra cost for the plastics and stuff. My house is six years old and I think they thought that it needed lead paint. He was very responsive to give the quote pretty quickly and it was within a week. I would probably use them in the future if they give the best price.

They were definitely best priced. They provided good quality workmanship and good quality materials. I was very pleased with him. I will use them in the future.

We had tornado this past April and had a contractor do our repairs.  The Window World door was damaged and the contractor ordered and installed a new door and frame.  The contractor took out the old frame and showed me that it was rotted on the bottom of the frame.  It should be noted that a sticker not far from the rot said that the frame was rot free.  I paid $800 for the door and became very mad to say the least.  I called the local Window World Company and told them that I wanted some compensation for the lemon frame I purchased from them about three years prior.  They said after numerous conversations that they would only give me a new frame.   What am I going to do with a door frame?  I told them I wanted $200 and the person at Window World said no.  I wouldn't buy anything from them again!

They came out and gave me an estimate.  The installer promptly installed window and replaced frame.  I am very pleased and plan on getting the rest of the windows replaced.

It was a positive experience with them. They were in and out in a day. It was pretty amazing. I was really impressed with that. Their price was very good. I would use their services again in the future.

We spent about $4000 for their services. My husband and I love our windows. They were in and out in two and a half hours. The crew had three men and did a fabulous job. They knew what they were doing. It was unbelievable. They let me follow along behind them. I asked them questions and they were caulking everything up. I vacuumed up a little bit of the dust or something like that. They also put extra caulk where they had already done it. It was reasonably priced as well. The windows are beautiful. They are easy to clean as well. They are vinyl framed windows. The upper and the lower panels both fold in; so you can clean the windows from the inside of your house. It’s super easy to clean out the window sills. I just spray a little water on it and let it run and then wipe it off with a paper towel. They are great since you can do everything inside your house. I have got a life time warranty on the windows. If needed, I would use them in the future too.

Our home is over 40 years old and we had an original window (complete with 'pains') break in December of 2008.  I decided that for Christmas that year, I wanted a NEW window to see how we liked the replacement (anything would be better than the old wood/pane windows).I had often seen the Window World Commercials and did a little research (internet/BBB) to check them out.  I called and requested someone come out and give me an estimate for ONE WINDOW.  There was no upsell or pressure to replace more than one.  I explained my ultimate goal was to replace all the windows but it would be as the money was saved up - even if it was one window at a time.
They came out on time for the estimate and the work to replace the window.  I immediately fell in love with my window!  I told everyone about it.  Then my goal was to get more windows replaced.  By July 2009, I'd saved enough money to get half of the windows replaced.
Again, on-time estimate/work etc was done.  My windows were awesome!  I even started seeing an immediate savings in my utilities just from replacing half the windows in my home!
Then by December 2009, I'd saved up enough to get the rest of the windows in my home replaced - again promptness all around.
I have saved about $30 a month minimum in utilities since I've had my windows replaced.  They are easy to clean and look fantastic, and I love the "low-e" for energy savings.
I am extremely thrilled with Window World and would love to be able to replace the windows in my son's home for him - if I ever get the chance, they will be done by Window World!

It was a really nice experience. They came out and gave us an estimate and then they came and replaced the windows. They did a very good job and we were very pleased with them.

I was very pleased with their service.  They were responsive, came out, gave me an estimate and showed up when they said they would.  They did the work very quickly and effectively.  The quality of their work was superb. 

They just came and gave me an estimate and did nothing. I decided that I was not ready for the work. They were on time and professional.
