Two Maids & A Mop

Arrived at 9:15, done with "deep cleaning" by 1:45 for 2800 sq ft unfurnished house. Ordered pizza delivery and left at one point to get drinks at gas station. Told us they cleaned oven, stove, fridge but we later realized they didn't touch dirty microwave or dishwasher with items inside. Left streaks on windows and put stickers on toilets, maybe to prove they touched them. Left visible dust, hairs, and sticky spots on floors in every room. Seemed like they sprayed a sanitizer to make the house smell better when we walked in, but maybe that was to cover up a pizza smell. $700 for 4.5 hours of highway robbery before we moved into house.

My two wonderful ladies did another perfect job on their last visit. But then, they do that every time. They are truly wonderful and have great personalities. My father and I look forward to every visit

I've been using them quite a good bit. They charge based on the number of hours they are there. I like the ladies who come out.

They were good and their finally clean was really great, they went above and beyond too.

They were really trying to do it as economical as possible it's a big house and it had to be cleaned top to bottom and I just found them to be thorough and I used them before we bought our house, they were on time, they did a good job as far as I know they didn't steal anything and you wouldn't think that was an issue expect that we needed up going, I tried to go with a cheaper housecleaning service cause they are expensive we ended up getting robbed the first time they came out they robbed us, but I never really had any problems with two maids and a mop so they were their just reliable.

I have come to expect a great cleaning experience, as that is what happens every time

To be fair, we had a painter working on the inside of our house at the time the service was performed. They had to work around him on one room, but because the furniture in several rooms was pulled towards the center, I told them not to bother vacuuming. The main thing I needed done was for all the baseboards, vertical surfaces, and window trip cleaned so the painter could paint the walls and trim in the coming days. Two maids were sent, and divided up the work. After I explained what I needed their focus on, I left for work. My fiancee came by at lunch and while one of the maids was working hard in the bathroom, the other was talking on her phone and "dusting" the blinds with one hand. They finished before I got home and called to make sure I called in the payment to the front office. There was a misunderstanding, and I thought I would be rating them on the job done before I paid, but that was not their policy. I paid over the phone, and when I got home, I inspected the critical areas and was not happy. The kitchen and bathrooms looked great. The baseboard, walls and trim areas in the family room and master bedroom were wiped over, leaving them still quite dirty, and unable to be painted over. I ended up having to clean it all myself that evening so that the painter could paint the next day. There were easily visible cobwebs on the walls in the hall and master bedroom. I spend an hour on my hands and knees cleaning the baseboards and trim hall and master bedroom. (I took pictures I will upload at a later date) I hired a company to do the cleaning because with our work, neither of us had time. I called to talk to the manager and was told she showed up at one point to help them, but it was obvious their work was not inspected. I was assured it wouldn't be a problem going forward, but I will not be using them. Hopefully I have better luck with another Angie's list company.

The ladies did a terrific job. We've used the service several times now and our guidance is always followed exactly.

It went very well I checked over the work it was done well but, after with any one cleaning your house that is not you I must say first. Things didn't get as done well as I would have liked them in the shower and the dusting of the living room. But, I was replacing the shower rubber mat so it was ok and I took a rag an got the few places they missed. Otherwise it was a great job.

The people that came were very professional, and did a very nice job. I would like to have the same people come out again.

Excellent work! These two ladies did an amazing job! They are very professional and did excellent work. They called the day before they came, arrived right on time and did a perfect job of cleaning. I had asked them to be especially attentive to my hardwood floors and they did a super job! They cleaned all of my baseboards, my countertops, my appliances, my ceiling fans, the cobwebs from the highest corners. They cleaned my windows and meticulously cleaned all of the slats in my shutters. The bathrooms were scrubbed and sparkling by the time they finished! I couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done and highly recommend these ladies!

I wanted a deep clean and then a monthly clean thereafter. The two women showed up promptly and they worked very hard. I had a lot of cat hair and dust plus a shower with extreme mildew buildup. They did a very good job, but afterwards I noted that apparently when they cleaned the vanity in the master bedroom, there were a few spots where the cleaner must have hit the wall directly above and the primer was showing. Also, their vacuum was broken and so they used mine - which was fine, but they were using it on my hardwoods. When I went to address this, I got a bit of argument. I finally let them use it on the hardwoods, but when I researched it after, my vacuum is definitely not designed for hardwoods. Sooooooooooo.....I thought I'd just address this issue with the manager when she came out to inspect. No manager ever came out. Two more days passed - no call, visit or email to find out how my cleaning went, Finally, on the third day, I got what appeared to be an auto email asking me to post my review on their Facebook page. I posted it was overall very good but listed my concerns. I later got an email from the manager saying she'd call me that day. You guessed it - she never called. The only thing I can think of is that my account was really too small for them too be worth their while and they didn't want to come out and say it.

We are a busy family, us and 2 teenage boys and a German Shepard... I work and go to school and the boys are band nerds and in school... The husband is going in all directions too... So our home was getting neglected... So I had hired another cleaning co and was not pleased with their professionalism at all... So I searched out for another company and found these wonderful people. They did a great job. Actually they did better with maintenance cleaning than the others did with the deep clean. Needless to say they come every other week and keep my home looking company ready!!! You will love Liz!

Always on time, courteous and do a great job.

I'm very pleased. They cleaned and mopped most of the floors, cleaned that bathrooms really well, and dusted the ceiling fans. They picked up quite a bit of cat hair! There were a few places they missed, but overall it is so much cleaner I really can't complain about much.
The only thing I would ask to be different: While they were vacuuming and mopping my living room, they put the magazine basket and the wastebasket up on my couch, which were still there when I came home. SO, before I could sit down and enjoy my nice clean living room, I had to take those off the couch and then vacuum the dirt and cat hair that were left on the couch from the bottom of those items. 
But I really shouldn't complain, they did a great job on the majority of the house, the floor hasn't been this clean in years!

Two Maids & A Mop performed a deep cleaning of my home on 7/25/2016 and to say they did an outstanding job is an understatement! They called/texted the day before to remind me of my appointment, which was a plus. The cleaning team (Angelique and Naomi) arrived on time and they were extremely professional and courteous. They cleaned my home from top to bottom and paid great attention to detail. I had a wax build up on my floors that I have been unable to clean and these two ladies stayed over to ensure the build up was removed. The office manager even called to discuss the build up and make sure I was aware of it (and I was) and let me know they weren't able to get rid of all of the build up (it was a lot) but they made great progress. I was very grateful for the communication. When I returned home, the first thing I inspected were my floors....I didn't see any traces of build up! My floors (hardwood and tile) were like NEW!!! Once I got over the surprise of how good my floors looked, I inspected other things (baseboards, toilets, dusting, etc) and I was BEYOND satisfied with the job. They dusted top to bottom, cleaned baseboards, window sills,ceiling fans, oven, microwave, and the list goes on! All of this was listed on the deep cleaning package but it was the attention to details that really impressed me--organizing the clutter on my nightstand/dresser, cleaning my blender, etc. I felt like I was in a brand new home when they finished. I highly recommend Two Maids & A Mop and I look forward to doing business with them in the future! A++++ Service!!!

This was my first appointment with the company and they did not show up or contact me at all.

We have used Two Maids and a Mop for three years now, and I can't imagine life without them.  The women who come to clean our house each week are professional, hard working and cheerful.  If something is missed, they'll work to make things right.  I've worked with many cleaning services in my lifetime -- Two Maids and a Mop is the absolute best!
