Got a $99.00 special on 3 rooms. They were able to come same day I called which was nice. The men that performed the service were professional and courteous. Put corner guards on all the doorframes so their hoses would not rub. Put a barrier thing on the door to the outside where the hose prevented the door from closing to make sure we weren't cooling the outside and letting bugs in. Also, they put plastic squares under all the furniture legs to keep them from staining the carpet after they were done. They move anything they could off the carpet for me, asking where I would like them to put. Because the carpets were wet when done I replaced the stuff in the rooms the next day. Overall, very satisfied with what I got. Our carpets were 11 years old and we were very kind to them, but they had not been cleaned in 11 years. I did use oxy cleaner on any spots and the tech said he could see the residue from the oxy cleaner in all the rooms. I guess it made my carpets look good for 11 years but made it more soapy and harder to get that residue out during the cleaning.
A couple of things to be aware of. They said the carpets would not be wet and we could walk on right away. I was told this by the scheduler and the techs. That was not correct as carpet were moderately wet to the touch and I ran the a/c all night at a lower temp and ran ceiling fans on high all night to get them dry. This was important as I had other crews coming to finish up the house for getting it on the market and you don't want a slip and fall or for them to get dirt on wet carpets. Also, the original special was for $99.00 for just the three rooms. The technician was excellent at up-selling and I also had the area rugs and closet done based on his recommendation. If you are susceptable to up-selling you need to be aware of it. I am not saying anything bad about the tech as he was never pushy, just offered alot of extra work that could be done. In the end I had to say no to a bottle of spot cleaner and a outdoor floor mat that keeps dirt at the door instead of in my carpets otherwise my $99 special would have been around $250. Very good experience. Would use Stanley Steamer again in the future.

They guys who cleaned the carpets were terrific.

I scheduled them on-line on Thursday and they were there on Saturday.

Ryan and this team arrived on time. This was a rather large job that they quickly formulated a work plan an began. They were professional, careful and very knowledgeable and dedicated to doing the job right and insuring customer satisfaction. The overall results were outstanding. We will use our local Stanley Steemer again without reservation. Also, they have a Spot Remover you can purchase that is one of the best on the market. Highly recommended for removing pet stains.

It went very well. They moved furniture to lift it off the carpet and even left some extra pieces. They called before arriving and arrived on time. They did the work and gave us instructions on what to do to allow the carpet to dry completely. It was an excellent job that was performed in a timely manner and was less expensive than quoted. And, they left no mess behind.

They cleaned my floors but they didn't feel it was completed at their standard. I was very happy with their professionalism. They worked very hard but did not feel that their best was good enough. Since they felt this way, they did not want to charge me for their services. I was very impressed by this, as you do not get customer service like this nowadays.

The experience overall was very pleasurable. I believe the price was a tad high because the house was completely empty so they didn't have to move furniture around like they typically would; I felt like this should allow for a discount against the quoted price (where they've priced in moving large/heavy furniture). Overall, the carpets turned out very clean and fresh smelling, even though I didn't get the deodorizer. The guys were very punctual, efficient, and courteous. All 3000 sqft of carpeted area was cleaned in roughly 3 hours, and the carpets remained damp until the next morning, which I felt was completely satisfactory.

Excellently! Dave and Chad know their work well, were prompt, professional, courteous and very informative. They brought up the stains on the carpets (I had cleaned them myself prior, with dismal results) and they brought the tile back to like new beauty. We have two large dogs that can't be trained to wipe their feet before they come in ;). The dirt on the kitchen floor was ingrained in the grout and crannies of the tile. I am over the moon at how well that tile looks now- and I clean that floor dilligently, with a scrubbing hard floor cleaner, as well as a steam mop. If you have ingrained dirt in your tile (the kind you would have to scrub out on hands and knees with ammonia- and the mess afterwards that would ensue- and a large area to deal with) hire them, you won't regret it. They do hardwoods too, gave me an estimate on our hardwood areas also in good need of a deep cleaning. Will definitely go there way when that time comes (hopefully soon!). Excellent service and product, provided by two employees Stanley Steemer should be well proud of.

Arrived on time, explained the process, and gave future tips and advice. Carpet looked new and smelled great!

A window was set up on 2/28 to come clean area rugs between 9am and 12pm on 2/29. The dispatcher called me at 8:05 and asked if they could come before 9. I said yes, and they told me they would be there in 15-20 minutes. I left work and arrived at home at approximately 8:20. By 8:50, they still had not showed. I called the dispatcher, and he said he would page the work crew to see where they were. While on hold, the call dropped. By now it was 9:00 and they still hadn't showed up. I called the dispatcher again and he told me the crew had gone to the wrong residence. I cancelled the service. When I called the local office to ask to speak to a manager about it, I was redirected to someone in Florida. This person offered to give me a discount on the service, but I declined.

The experience that I had with their Decatur office was very good. Their work was much better than the Huntsville office.
