Arrived on time and attempted without luck to repair the existing water heater, which had to be at least 15 years old. A bad heating element would not budge due to sediment deposits over the years. Picked up a new water heater that I selected, returned to the house and installed. Very professional approach. Courteous and took time to answer any questions I had about the installation. Although it is not part of the service they offer, he was kind enough to place the old water heater at the street for pickup, which would have been a struggle for me.

When I made the first phone call to inquire about sending a technician out to find out what our problem was, I was very impressed with the attitude and professionalism of the office staff.
Our technician arrived right on time and was great. He was totally professional and took plenty of time to explain options and choices.
