This roofer evaluated a leaking problem with existing metal roof and proposed a solution of a new metal roof. They installed the metal roof and where paid in full. The new roof leaks . I sent pictures , called to report leaking and sent emails when it was leaking. They came out looked at it, and told me that it was the brick on the chimney that was pourous letting water in. I checked out the brick , getting a clear report. I called No Ala Alum again and they said it was the chimney cap. I had it inspected, getting a clear report. I called No ala Alum again and they said that the roof warranty was expired .

The gutters I had were leaking, but the ones they replaced are leaking! I have called several times, and they have come out and done some repairs, but I still have some leaks.
