My lawn looked great!

My lawn looks good again. The way it did when I used Scott's lawn service.

They have superb customer service! This includes the one who set up the service (Jeremy), Ashley who does the lawn service, Jeremy who does the tree and shrub, and the office staff. Grass Roots Lawn Service highly recommended Fairway and we are so pleased we did. They care, advise, and will make extra visits out to insure everything is going well. They are extremely responsive to the customer and take pride in their company and services to their customers! Echelons above Tru-Green and Wayne's.

3 visits and it's growing really good. It's exciting to see grass growing. I never thought I'd love coming home from work and seeing next growth. I literally watch my grass grow. LOL

So far I've only used Fairway for a few months and have been happy with their services and their employees seem to be knowledgable. It will take a season or two give give a long term rating but short term, I'm happy with their service.

Haven't used their service very long, but they seem to know what they are doing, particularly the technician that visits. They make sure I understand what they are doing when they visit. My only concern was the price they wanted to aerate and reseed all of my fescue, so I only had them do the front yard which cost about the same as what the last company charged for all of my fescue. This was some years ago and prices may have increased. Otherwise their fees seem reasonable.

They are very good and others in my neighborhood use them as well. They are the best I have used so far.

Lawn looks healthier in general still working on all weeds being choked out. We are pleased so far!

Upon my initial call for an estimate on having my yard treated, Fairway came out the very next day and provided me with a detailed estimate and suggested schedule of treatment if I decided to use them. My neighbor already uses them- so based on their experiences and the promptness and professionalism that Fairway exhibited, I decided to sign up for services. My first treatment went well- they provide a detailed description of what chemicals were used and what to expect result-wise. They also gave me instructions pertaining to when to mow and water. Overall I am very pleased thus far.

We have had no complaints. We are in the second season of using them.

I love their service but my only complaint is that I cannot go online to see a bill so that I can pay it. While you can make a payment online, but you can't see the bill. Fairways is the only bill I have to pay where I can't see the bill online. It's really annoying.

Other than that, they're great and would highly recommend them

Fairway is very professional, prompt and delivers great service. They quickly turned my yard around (bermudagrass) eliminated pest issues in shrubs, and when I had questions they have been very responsive.

They've gotten our yard looking wonderful. Our interactions have always been excellent.

So far so good.
