Our air conditioner was not blowing cool air. A representative from the company came by to look at the day after we called to give us an estimate. He was very professional an provided a printed book with all of the set prices for repairs. After we called on Monday to agree to have the work performed, he came out the very next day and fixed it.

Great customer service. I purchased the service call coupon through Angies List and called to schedule appointment. Technician Jaron was able to come earlier than my scheduled time, but the company called first to make sure that was ok. He inspected the unit and gave me a quote for repair. However, he also told me that due to the nature of the problem and the age of the unit, he would recommend replacing within the next few months. While he was here, at his suggestion, Jaron inspected our upstairs heat pump. He determined that it was in good working order (even though it's the same age as our broken downstairs unit) and only recommended installation of a float switch as an extra back up in case of a leak. Based on the explanation of the problem with the downstairs unit, I asked Jaron for a quote on a replacement. He was not able to give quotes, but called the office while he was still here and arranged an appointment for someone to come out the same day. Jason came out and did a thorough inspection of the unit and all the ductwork and registers. He came up with several quotes at different SEER levels. He answered all of our questions, both the day he gave us the quote and via phone call several days later. Ultimately we decided to replace the unit, but not with Conditioned Air due to the price quoted. Had their price been better, we would have hired them for the replacement.

I called to make an appt to have our heating and air conditioning units serviced. When the technician came to the house he checked the units and said they looked great. I mentioned that we planned to use their maintenance plan. The technician stated if we did indeed plan to sign up for the plan, that we go ahead with that and then call for an appt for one of the 2 yearly services included in the plan. He therefore wouldn't have to charge us an additionaly $79 service fee for this original visit. We did just that. Greg Duplechain performed the service a week later. He was extremely courteous and professional. Greg explained in detail the tests and maintenance that would be performed and provided a detailed report once the service was complete. He also shared tips and offered suggestions on how to keep our units working as efficiently as possible. Greg was very clean and tidy, and even wore covers on his shoes when in the house. He left everything just as he found it. Very professional outfit. Both the scheduler and the Service Technicians were extremely friendly and professional.

I have used Conditioned Air Solutions for a complete heat exchange system, outside and inside. The work quality and units are top notch. They make my old installation look like amateur work. They also inspect my other two units to make sure there are no problems. The inspections of my three independent systems occur three times a year so that I am ready for cold or hot weather. They also put in a new 80 gallon hot water heater with dual zone heating coils to replace my 20+ year old unit.. Price work and overall unit were of the same high quality as their other work. They won't tell something needs doing when it doesn't. They will also show you and make sure you understand when something needs to be done and why. I am an engineer and understand when I am listening to reality versus marketing hype. Conditioned Air is real.

The time to do this job was under 5 minutes. The charge for this job was $370, and feels like highway robbery. The service charge of $79 was reasonable. $60 for after hours still acceptable. $241 for the capacitor??? W**! http://www.pexsupply.com/Trane-CPT977-Capacitor-35-5-MFD-440V has this part for $26.45. Other people online report paying under $100 for the entire job to get this part replaced. I could have saved $36 off the capacitor if I agreed to spending $200+ per year for an annual service plan. There has got to be someone better out there. I am going to look harder. I hope you will too UPDATE: I was not home, so can only go by the invoice. The filter he replaced was not brand new, but there was barely any dirt on it. He told my wife we needed to buy the cheap Fiberglas filters because the HEPAs restrict too much air. I was dubious about this being the reason for the freeze up, because other I been using HEPA filters for year, and have let filters get far dirtier than this in the past and there was no issue. I had another company's technician come out and take a look. He found the system was very low on freon. He said this was the most common reason for a freeze up. He added the freon, we replaced the same filter, problem solved. Conditioned air charges $376 to defrost the a/c unit. I do not know what they did, but in the past, I have been told that the best thing to do is simply turn the unit off and let it defrost by itself. That makes sense, avoids any possible damage to the fragile coils, and saves money. I would sure like to know how Conditioned Air has such high ratings on Angie's List. In the 30 years of being a homeowner in three states with many different a/c problems, this company is the most expensive and least skilled I have dealt with. I do give them points for being available.. but I want someone competent. I will not use them again and would never recommend them.

In a word, great! These folks have met our every expectation for exemplary service. They've come out right away when needed, they are always clean, neat and professional and when you don't need something, they don't try to sell you something. If you need it, they tell you, if not, they won't. They also go that extra mile to discuss other things they see while there at the house. One one occasion, they helped me solve a little nagging issue (and saved me about $60 in the process). Having them on a service contract is a great investment for some piece of mind. When we've called, they've come right out and taken care of whatever we needed dealt with. I would recommend these people without hesitation. Yep, they are keepers for us. We're in the process of a local move and will be keeping them in our lives for HVAC, electrical and plumbing services.

The Company provided an estimate to fix the compressor of the A/C unit. During the evaluation of the problem, the technician was very thorough. He inspected the whole A/C system, he crawled under the house to make sure that all the parts installed were matching the unit installed outside the house. When we got the estimate for the compressor, it was 33% less than another estimate we had from a different company. We decided to have conditioned air solutions to fix our A/C unit and the job was done efficiently and in a timely manner . Should we need anything else for our heating and A/C system, we wil surely call Conditioned air solutions.

It was very relieved when Conditioned Air Solutions showed up on time and provided quick service. Would not hesitate to use them again and will recommend them to anyone who ask.

I had to call them to remind them that they were supposed to return for the followup inspection about a month prior. They claimed the paperwork had not been turned in. They found the leak but informed me it would cost $2400 to replace the leaking part or $900 to stop the leak with no guarantee that the fix would work. I could not afford either option at the time

It took quite a while for them to get the call via American Home Services. Once they got the order, they were reasonably swift getting someone out. The person let me know what they were doing and why.

There was a prompt reply to the call for equipment checkout. Once diagnoised the part was available locally and another technican brought the part to the site to save time and get the unit operating faster. They offered a discount for units under their service plan which I was able to signup for and get an immediate discount. Cost was higher than I was expecting but it was an older unit that had an uncommon fan motor due to the shaft diameter. They scheduled a routine service and cleaning under the service plan for a week after the repair. I had to cancel the service visit due to a work conflict, but they promptly called and rescheduled. Service and cleaning was done promptly with no additional cost or issues. Service was prompt, courteous and efficient. Technicians were matter of fact but not pushy. I would recommend this provider and I would use them again myself.

The heating exchange and duct system was a well team effort. They did great installation.

First thing in the morning the HVAC crew showed up and right to work in the attic tearing out old duct work that had holes in it and was just laying in the attic. After tearing out all the old air ducts they hauled them down to their truck and began building new air ducts constructed of much better material than what was originally there. once back up in the attic the crew offered to reroute the new ones to allow better access into the attic. To make a long story short, they were up there a good part of the day and when they were finished the attic had a much better looking air duct system that was secured into place by using metal straps. I am no HVAC man but I do know good work when I see it, and I saw it. These guys knew what they were doing and showed it by rerouting the air ducts in a location to make it easier for me to enter the attic space without having to climb over them as you did the old ones. The plumbing crew came out to just replace a non approved hunk of pipe and found that the bottom of the sink was lower than the drainage pipe. They had to cut into the wall to lower the drain pipe, then installed a J trap and it was done, Through the entire all day job the crew kept telling me that things were moving along and that they wanted me to be happy with the work they had done. Ya know how sometimes they say it but don't mean it?? Not the case with them. I read people pretty well and I could tell that their goal was to make sure I was happy with their work, and I was. For plumbing and HVAC I am sure you can find someone who would charge less, but I do not think you will find one that will do a better job. Tyrough the day I got a couple of calls from their office wanting to know if I was happy with the work being performed. I have never had a company work in my house that cared about what I thought. I was impressed. In the near future I will be getting a tankless hot water heater and there is no question that Conditioned Air will be back to do the work. When I find a winning team I stick with them...and I think you will to. wi

Overall??it is A - Excellent job.

It went well. Greg, the tech, showed up on time. He checked my system. I recently had the compressor replaced by another company, but the unit stopped cooling. Greg could not find a leak, but he found that the other guy didn't replace the capacitor and there was low freon. It's been two days and so far so good. I also purchased the preventive maintenance package.

Service from start to finish was an outstanding experience. We called Conditioned Air Solutins b/c we could not get satisfactory answers that explained the problems we experienced with our unit (a new one) from our original installers. The technician explained in detail how the system works in ways that answered all our questions. He provided facts that did not disparagee the original company but provided insight that allowed us to make informed decisions with outcomes resulting in greater efficiency and maximum unit performance.

Company called to let me know plumber was running ahead of schedule and asked permission to come earlier than expected. Plumber very professional, good listener, and provided written estimates for suggested fixes. No pressure at all to fix immediately, no hard sell or scare tactics. Felt the inspection was thorough and well-done. Answered all my questions. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family, and will definitely continue to call them when we need plumbing service. Top notch!!

The technician went straight to the task of inspecting my home's plumbming and he provided much needed information about verious aspects of plumbing works and fucntions.

They were prompt, really thorough and the customer service is really nice so far.

I had them come out after another company had been unable to diagnose a problem after 5 trips. They sent out a tech and he was able to find the issue in about 10 minutes. He found things the other company had overlooked. Obvious things. He quoted me a repair and suggested that we replace the unit. They sent out a salesman to quote a new install the next day. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond what I expected, and by the end of the day, I felt like I was given a crash course in HVAC repair. They installers were a little rough around the edges, but did a great, clean job. My new A/C unit works perfectly, and I couldn't have been more happy with the whole process.

I continue to use them because of the quality of their service. They are professional. We will continue to use them because we have a warranty program with them so they will be out in the fall and so forth.

We had a bad experience with another company and when we called them on a Saturday night we got their answering service. To be honest I didn't expect to hear from anyone until Monday but a very nice lady called us right back. She had the man that does the estimates come out on Sunday and he did a thorough inspection. Now keep in mind the other company had already removed our old unit and left us with a hole going thru the outside wall. Greg, the young man doing the inspection, went over every detail with us. He explained what they were going to do, what it would cost, and even dealt with helping us arrange financing. Then he called and found out they could work us in on Thursday. This was great because with the extremely hot weather they are very, very busy. I was surprised when he brought us a portable unit to use to help us get by until we could get our unit done! The two installers arrived right on time Thursday and worked hard all day. Some of the pieces had to be built and they didn't stop the first day until nearly 8:30. The second day they again were on time, worked hard and by that evening they were done. They didn't leave Friday night until nearly 9:00. They turned this almost three day job into two days by sheer hard work. Their names are Colin and Greg, (not the same as the estimator) and they were professional, neat, courteous, and just plain nice gentlemen. These people all turned what was a nightmare into a pleasant experience. We can't thank them enough for all they did and believe me, we will tell everyone what a great company this is.

After contacting Conditioned Air Solutions, a sales representative came to our home and did an inspection of the current system, asked questions regarding problems we had with our old system and then presented several options. After choosing the best option for us, installation was scheduled. Installers arrived on time and performed all services on time and with great professionalism. I would recommend Conditioned Air Solutions.

The service technician took more than adaquate time to explain what he did, while almost giving a class to assist me in learning about the AC system. He was more than reasonable in the cost he charged for what he did. He even offered a insurance plan and explained what the Insurance will cover.
