Conditioned Air replaced an HVAC unit and ductwork for us. They worked within our budget and did an excellent job. One thing that truly sets this company apart from others, is that they truly care about their customers and want to help them out. They show up promptly, listen to your concerns, and quickly and courteously address the issue. I strongly recommend them for any HVAC needs you might have.

It is a big deal purchase for $49 for heating or cooling diagnostic service. We have a good experience them. It wasn’t good in terms of air conditioning because we had to end up with a new air conditioner which was quite expensive but they were very knowledgeable and helped us understand what we needed. It was last July. My husband did most of the interaction with them but we are out of the air conditioning unit for a few days and they let us used portable air conditioning units for the bedrooms which was really necessary and very helpful for the time of the year that it was so that was a definite a positive. I guess they were accommodating of our needs. We have not had any problem with it anymore otherwise. The price was high but I didn’t do a lot of shopping around but also we got what you paid for. They sell good quality air conditioning which you don’t skip on big things like that but they definitely high in products.

It turned out very good. There was nothing negative. They were very professional and on time. They did the work well and they explained everything. I was pleased with their service.

I liked them. They seemed like they did a good job for me. They were willing to take how ever much time they needed to talk to me about things. They showed me things. They were very thorough. They took little videos to show me what things looked like in the duct work and things like that instead of just describing it. They had a follow-up call with me to make sure everything was going ok. Just good customer service and not feeling rushed!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. They were quick. They knew what they were doing and they did a good job. It took them an hour to perform the service.

He did not charge me for the service call but I am going to pay him anyway. Great job.

During the extreme cold snap, we discovered our upstairs heat pumps aux heat did not work. It was a warrantied computer board of some sort that had failed. I'm very happy with the work that was done.

In late January I contacted Conditioned Air Solutions for information about a whole house humidifier system for my home. I initially talked to Victoria who was very helpful and later to Jason who schooled me on the technical aspects of the system. A couple of days later Jason came to my house, surveyed my existing system and further educated my wife and me on the ins and outs of a whole house humidifier. The next day I received an estimate from Karen and we quickly agreed on a final cost and scheduled the installation for Friday, 7 February. Karen told me Greg and Tony would arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 on Friday morning to install the system and that the installation would take between 4 and 6 hours. Greg and Tony arrived at 8:40 and went right to work. They are both very friendly and cheerfully answered all of my questions. I asked them how long they have worked for Conditioned Air and if it was a good outfit. They both said it was a good company to work for and that they enjoyed their jobs. They no doubt enjoy their work because what they did was nothing short of superb. Greg and Tony completed their part of the job about 12:15 and Adam arrived to complete the wiring of the thermostat and synchronization of the current HVAC system and the humidifier. Adam completed his work and gave me a tutorial on the new thermostat. Adam left about 1:30. Job completed within promised time frame and everything is working as advertised and promised. In addition to a doing a great job Conditioned Air Solutions also gave me a one year Service Partner Plan as a gift, just for doing business with them. The plan provides two seasonal preventive maintenance checks of my HVAC system. Bottom line: Conditioned Air Solutions is and OUTSTANDING company and if you're not doing business with them you're making a mistake.

Jason Carr was efficient and professional at all times, we were completely satisfied with the work performed at our home. So mch so, that we have contracted this company for a year maintenance program and some fix it work that was needed to the existing ducting. Update 2-4-14: I had Jason work up a quote for some additional work we wanted done 1. Add another vent in a small room 2. Re-attached and tape all feed lines to the main supply trunk for the heating and air system Conditioned Air Solutions was not the most expensive nor the least, they did show up when they said they would, accomplished the task and let me know how it went. They again were freindly and curteous and never, ever gave me the impretion that they were hiding shody work. they walked me thru all changes and discussed the issues that were attended to from the beginning of the system all the way to the end.

It went well. It was good. They did what they said they would do.

They did a good job. I purchased a big deal from Angie’s List. The people were nice and prompt.

Greg did a great job explaining what he would do to determine the problem and then did that. After identifying the problem he explained what he did to fix it, made me aware of the source of another issue I had queried him about. But said that it wasn't absolutely necessary to have it fixed as it was discretionary. Priced it out if I wanted it done etc. Overall great service. Very professional. Will absolutely use again.

He was very professional and personable. He let me know what was needed and what could be done,letting me make the decision. I really liked the fact that he let me me know all the options that I had without being `pushy' for a sale. Especially with my 10 year old system. I would definitely use them again AND recommend them to everyone! Great company

One of my A/C units was not cooling well and they found that it was low on refrigerant and refilled it. Cost was pretty high but I guess that is what it costs now due to fees and taxes--the government are intentionally phasing out the old refrigerants. They seemed professional and knowledgeable. They gave me a quote of about $10K to replace both units. I got another quote from a highly rated contractor for 35% less so be sure to shop around.

|Another HVAC company (Alabama Climate Control)said our old unit was unrepairable and we needed a new one at $8000. Conditioned Air came to give us an estimate for a new unit, but first asked to inspect the old one. Ran some tests and said we were a little low on Freon and topped it off for free. Works great now.

My AC at home stopped working and they came to find out that the exhaust water line clogged so they repaired it and it works.

I am pleased with the overall service. I wanted/needed a different thermostat than came with the new system, but didn't realize it until the thermostat was installed. They removed the one I did not want and installed a new one at no charge.
