I called them out. They were very helpful, but they were very expensive compared to what I wanted. My experience with them was very good. They were very quick. I will consider them in the future.

The overall estimation experience was good. The technician was prompt and courteous and provided us with a thorough estimates in a timely manner. The price was double of another company that we received estimates from, so we decided to go with that other company.

The guy who came out and did the final measurement (not sales rep.) was very professional and answered all of the last minutes questions. The windows came in the time frame as promised. The installation crew (a sub-contractor) was good and fast. I was told there are two crews in HSV. Luckily, the existing window frames are square and in good frame, so no surprises. Finished in a day. The installation lead walk through the house and check each window for operation and general fit. There was only 2 minor hiccups related to the windows. One of them is a scratch in the INSIDE glass panel, which they replaced. Second one is a couple of minor nicks on the "over and under interlock at meeting rails." The service guy said it is cosmetic and probably happened during installation (I don't know; he just said, you can filed them smooth if desired). Recommend you check each of the window from top to bottom when they are done.
