We were more than happy with the transformation of our old screened porch into a beautiful sun room! Great care was taken by the engineer to assess our project and to bring it to the best of all solutions for us! Jerry Mashburn and his team were the finest workmen and most efficient folks we have ever been associated with and I would highly recommend them for any project. Jerry took great care to check with me on details I would not even have thought of! They were punctual and did clean-up every day. When the entire project was finished, Jerry gave me pointers on how the windows worked and assured me if there were any issues, they would take care of them. I cannot foresee any issues whatsoever as he and his team were great, with attention to the least of details!

We selected Champion in March of '12 and were told it would be a month before our door and windows would come in.  The installer/engineer came out to take the final measurements within two weeks and told us that our non operating windows next to the doors were not windows at all but full glass doors modified and there were some special "challenges" to replacing them.  The owner/manager came out to see the situation and told us that when the door and windows come in Champion would build a mock up of how it would look and we could come in and give final approval.  After that we did not hear from Champion unless we called them for the next 4 months.  When we would call we were always told that the door and windows were being built at the factory and should be on the next shipment.  In late August we were called and told the door and windows were in and they wanted to set up a time to install.  No mention of the mock up.  The installer arrived on the scheduled day on time.  The trailer holding the door and windows was so loaded with material and the doors and windows so wrapped up that I could not see the door until they had already removed my old door and upon removal of the new door from the trailer it was painfully obvious that it was the wrong door.  We had no choice but to let them install the wrong door which they did. Champion agreed to lower the price of the door or wait until they could track down the correct door or build it at the factory.  I agreed to the wrong door since it looked exactly like the old door.  The door, windows and transoms were installed and all the trim work completed in 4 days.   Inside the transoms the grids were not like the ones we chose from the catalog.  We finally signed the final papers and Champion agreed to lower the price (again) to an agreed amount just to close out the contract.  I know Champion is a professional company but they had some "challenges" in fulfilling this obligation.   I know I would use them again for windows but if a door every needs replacing again I may have to give great consideration to using them again.  I rate the crew that installed the door and windows as excellent craftsmen.

They put the windows in, she asked that they saved the older windows, they took the screens out of the old windows, she immediately called and she was told that had already taken the screens and destroyed them. She asked to talk to the owner of the business, he came and told her he took out windows that had screens regularly and he promised that she would have her screens in about two weeks, it's been over two months and they have their money and she has yet to see her screens yet. She called in and was directed to speak to the owner, he wasn't available and she still hasn't received her screens back. She's very upset that they can't at least call and talk about it and they have already been paid, she's had to "chase" them down and argue with them and nothing has been done, she has had very uncomplimentary service from this provider. The man that came out and did the measure was excellent, The guys that came to put the windows a few complaints with them, the boss and everyone else, a lot of complaints with him.

. Team that install my windows went above exception in the work. Clean up was very good, they were very professional. Loved dealing with this company from the start with the sales.  To the end. When I do the rest of the windows will call again.
There was no pressure to buy. It was very friendly from start to finish.

It went fine.  The workmen were prompt and did their job in an efficient, mannerly manner.  As far as I know, everything went very well with good communication and no problems at all.

They took special pains to get this right. We're so happy with it. I would highly recommend them. The construction expert took every detail to heart for us. They really went above and beyond.

They have real high quality product, that works really well. They were on time. They have a lifetime guarantee on the windows, which they make themselves.

The initial discussions took place at the Champion facility on Wall Trianna.  I found them to be very courteous, attentive and informative.  We made an appointment for a representative to come to our house for reveiw and a detailed cost estimate. We initially expected to replace the windows in 2 phases but after the presentation and partly because of 12 months interest free financing, we agreed to replace all windows at one time.  Jeff Corker came later on our schedule for final measurments and ordering of materials.  When the materials arrived, Champion scheduled installation at our convenience.  The entire installation took two days and was only minimally inconvenient for us.  Everyone involved in the process from start to finish was very prompt courteous and professional.  We were completely satisfied.  I only scored a B rather than A on cost because I'm sure I could have gotten similar windows at a lower price elsewhere, but I truly believe we got the best overall value available considering the quality, professionalism, and convenience provided by Champion.

Eic and Frank were very professoinal and courteous. They were very impressive. We were pleased with the project and the workmanship and how they were punctual and cleaned up after themselves.

Our sales rep followed to ensure we were satisifed.

It turned out real good. They are scheduled to put in more windows in the September time frame depending on the manufacturing of the windows. They are very timely and paid close attention to detail. They clean up after themselves as well.

I think they do good work and I would refer them to others.  But their prices are a bit high.

Champion of Huntsville's quote was on the high side. I inquired about them because of Angie's List. They were very nice and I would recommend them to come out and give an estimate.

We chose them for the quality of the windows and work.  We liked their professionalism and the quality of their work.  They did what they said they were going to do, they were on time and they cleaned up after themselves.  I think their price is pretty standard.  We have them on a contract to do 13 more in two months.

Overall – a good experience. I would likely use this contractor again. They provided a level of service that I couldn’t receive from other companies and big chain stores such as Lowe’s or Home Depot. Just be prepared to pay for that level of service.   Price - $3400 for a storm door is probably 5-8 times the price of what I would pay at Lowe’s or Home Depot. Even with 3 hours of installation, we’re talking expensive.  Judging from the other reports on Angie’s List, price seems to be judged consistently higher average.  And they KNOW they are over-priced. But in my case, you get what you pay for, and I had two other installers decline doing this install. Only Champion would take it on.   Quality – Very good. The door they recommended ProVia Door (www.proviadoor.com) is excellent quality and installed neatly. I know this was a difficult install, but their team did a good job of installation.   Responsiveness – Once I committed, I had a little trouble getting them out to my house to do the measuring. It took over a week. The door took 6 weeks for fabrication and delivery; once the door was available, it took another week to set up an installation appointment.   Punctuality – Installation team arrived on time (within 3 minutes of appointment time).   Professionalism – Sales team, measuring team, and install team were all very professional and courteous. It was a positive contracting experience. Champion did well.

Went to their show room, talked with a very knowledgeable gentleman, got an estimate, went home to think about it and went back the following week to sign contract. They started on time and finished ahead of schedule.

The finished product exceeded our expectations!

The workers that they had here were extremely courteous, I felt that it was a high quality product, and they were actually the cheapest people out of everyone we had estimates for.

They were very professional.  They got the windows in quickly and they cleaned everything up and hauled it away.

Fantastic service and product!  Everyone was punctual, courteous, and helpfull through all phases of the transaction.  I was able to rate the price as A only because I purchased the windows through a fundraising auction at a fraction of their actual price.  However, I do believe their product to be worthy of their retail price.  I would definitely use them again.

.I like them. They did a good job. They corked around the outside and I was very pleased with their work. Since then I had a screen that was warped and they came and got it replaced. I would use them again. I probably could have got a better price if I had shopped around.  But I was just ready to do it.   I knew that their product would be  quality products over somebody else probably. I knew that they would stand behind their products otherwise they will not be in business. I will use them in the future.

It went better than expected.

Overall it went pretty well.  The Job Supervisor came out after the salesman.  He gave me recommendations on color of the trim but they could not match the color with what was already installed.  the actual installation crew showed up on time, went right to work; finished in two days.  Only problem was that one of the crew broke a half-moon window that wasn't part of the contract.  The crew leader was pretty upset about it because he was going to have to replace it from his own funds.  They did come back within 2 weeks and replaced the glass in the accidentally broken window.  .

Once they finally arrived things went very well.

I thought they were very professional. I did get two other estimates. The one that they submitted wasn't the cheapest, but I thought that they would be reliable, based on their reputation. They are expensive but professional. There was one leak in the window, and they came back twice to fix it. I was very pleased with the work that they did.

We didn?t have any problems with them at all. They came when they said they were going to. They cleaned up afterwards. It was a very good experience.
