Bunn's & Bennett Heating & Air Conditioning

We had two HVAC units installed with Bunns and Bennett led by Jeff and Tyler. To say they were exceptional would be an understatement. Jeff walked me through the pros and cons of replacing our units and also offered alternative repairs that could be made. Ultimately, we decided to have both of our units replaced. The day of the installation the crew was prompt, clean and very respectful. If you're looking for an honest and hardworking crew don’t hesitate to go with Jeff at B&B.

Competitively priced with above average labor warranty. In addition to replacing existing HVAC system other duct work issues were resolved and heat pump was relocated to a less obtrusive location. Knowledgeable and honest sales person. Experienced, courteous and punctual technicians. Work area was kept neat and clean. Completely satisfied and would recommend without hesitation.

Price was fine. The only complaint I have is that they will try to get to you and have them come out more often than they need to come out.

The young technician sent out did not even start up the system. He only connected the freon gauge, told us we were low on freon, and then tried to tell us we needed to replace the whole system and tried to sell us one. We called another company for a second opinion and their technician powered up the unit, found that the cooling coils were dirty, causing the drop in freon pressure. He quickly identified the problem as a defective contactor, which he replaced. Cost was only $80.

Having used this company before, we didn't hesitate calling them again.  Mary scheduled the technician for the same day.  The existing unit needed to be replaced rather than repaired, as we suspected, so we discussed the options with Cain.  The unit recommended was accepted and installation was performed the following day.  Existing ducts were replaced shortly thereafter.  
All work performed by the team (Cain, Brian, Gene and Chris) was done expeditiously, professionally, and neatly.  The new unit works perfectly.  It's a pleasure to do business with this company.

Bunn's was extremely responsive. Estimates were quickly done. The office staff was efficient and the employees showed up, slightly ahead of schedule!   The employees were fast, efficient and cleaned up the repairs very well.

Two weeks prior our downstairs central air unit died.  Bunns came out that day, helped us select an appropriate model, and installed two days later (it was the weekend and the unit we selected had to be delivered from out of town).  They showed up on time, worked hard through the day, were VERY professional, and did an outstanding job.
This week our blower to the upstairs unit went out.  Again they showed up that very day, and installed a replacement the very nest day.
I've used other services in the past, and Bunns is head and shoulders above.  One caveat:  They are not cheap, but I would say they are not the most expensive. To me, it was worth the extra cost in exchange for the quality of service.

They provided a lot of options.  The tech, Cain, was super helpful.  The installation people were courteous and professional.  Great experience, considering that nobody wants to go through this.

Very well! . They are so nice and clean. The units are working well. The work was done very professionally. I just love what they did to make it work and keep my house still looking good! I am having them work on the other side of the house now.

Service guy was at my house within 2 hours of my initial contact which is very important when your A/C is out in July.  He identified the problem, quoted a price for fixing it and had it fixed (part was in his truck) all in under an hour.  So grateful and would not hesitate to use them again.

Our aging 3-ton heat pump had been doing a poor job of keeping us cool in the summer and warm in the winter for the last couple years, so we decided to replace it with a gas pack unit (central air with gas heat) this summer.  After perusing the reviews on Angie?s List, we selected three contractors to solicit bids from and of the three, chose to go with Bunn?s & Bennett.  
Mr. Bunn was right on time for the appointment and after looking over our existing heat pump and duct work, recommend that we stay with a 3-ton unit, but add a supply register in the living room; and then took the time to explain the different options available to us.
The installation was uneventful, Chris and JW showed up on time and did a great job removing the old unit and installing the new one.  Both were professional, friendly, and more than happy to answer my questions.  Brian and his crew stopped by early in the afternoon to help finish up.  All debris was cleaned up from the job site and the yard looked as good as it had prior to the work.  Start to finish the installation took about six hours.  I requested and received copies of the permits for my records.
Bunn?s and Bennett honored their 5% off coupon for Angie?s List members and included 10 years labor on any warranty repairs for the unit.  I also purchased a one year/2 visit service agreement for $139.
