The service was performed when scheduled and the technician was knowledgeable and performed the service without incident. I will continue to use this company for all my AC and heating needs - Great price and quality service.

After the service, we decided to purchase an AC/Heating system from Aire Serve of Huntsville . The unit was installed by very competent professionals who did a tremendos job of getting the old system out and the new one in. They accomplished this task in about 3 hours with not even the slightest mess left behind. The Aire Serve Technician followed up and made sure that all characteristics of the unit were understood and that the system was functioning properly. Great experience and a great company!

The service went great. They showed up on time, fixed one thing for me, and I would recommend them. I paid extra for the capacitor and I bought a plan also.

Joe and his partner was very knowledgeable and curious.  Found the problem right away and fixed it with no other issues.  Tested the while system to make sure all things working correctly.

He did an excellent job and was very thorough and took his time to make sure he tested everything.  He found a couple of watch items that I may need to have fixed in the future and put in 6 pounds of Freon into my system.

Aire Serv of Huntsville cleaned the HVAC unit and checked for proper operation. They then went under the house and checked all of the ducts for serviceability and wear. They found a problem with my HVAC cowling and quoted the cost of repair. I accepted their quote and the repair was completed that morning. Aire Serv of Huntsville was professional and courteous. I will definitely use them for all of my HVAC needs.

The guy that came out is named Joe and he did a thorough tune-up. He cleaned and checked out everything the way he was supposed to do it. He came in and checked the inside work as well like the thermostat and control unit. He also checked the heaters upstairs and found some problems. Then he got that fixed as well.

They said everything was looking good. It turned out well. It was a good experience. They completed the tune-up in about an hour.

Found that system was missing 4 lbs for Freon. Replaced the Freon, which quieted the unit. Looked for the leak at the coil, with a beeping electronic gadget, but could not find it. The tech said that next summer or winter, when it loses Freon again, the leak will be easier to find. I wished he had looked other places (outside?) instead of giving up.

Though late in arriving due to a faulty GPS and unfamiliarity with the Decatur area, the tech was thorough and appeared knowledgeable.  He made several recommendations to improve the effectiveness of my old HVAC system and duct cleaning but did not follow through with an estimate.  

Went very well.  The employee was very personable, knowledgeable, and honest.  They found leaks in my heat exchanger for the downstairs furnace.  I would have used them, without question, to replace the unit but the home warranty I have required me to use one of their people.

Very well. Joe Reese, the technician was very professional and quickly found the problem. He stayed and finished the job although it was late in the day and had to wait for another tech to bring a replacement motor, which I appreciate because it was going to be a cold night without the heating system in working order. I gave a B on the cost only because it seemed perhaps a little high for just a blower motor, but then again everything seems to cost more these days. Thanks guys! Will call again if I have any other issues.

We contacted them for an HCAV "tune-up."  They promptly got back in touch with us and scheduled an apointment.  The technician arrived on time, and seemed to take all the time he needed to clean the unit, assess its condition and functioning, and make the needed repairs.  He explained what he was doing, and was patient in answering our questions.  Both the scheduling person and the technician were pleasant and professional.

My heater stopped working during a very cold day and my house was at 58 degrees.  I called several HVAC companies and AireServ was the only one available that day.  The technician, Joe Reese, was very professional and courteous.  I was very happy that he explained everything and showed my the problem.   I'd recommend this company.

Technician  checked the compressor and air flow. Next, since I suspect the leaky air from the duct, he inspect all connect parts and found some problem and suggest two ways to correct it.

I understood there was to be a "tuneup" of the heating system. There was no "tuneup" - just an inspection and some advice about safety and the value of replacing the current old system.
