Aire Serv of Huntsville

I was supposed to receive a tune up, but I only ended up getting less than a pound of freon put in (paid for the whole pound), only to discover there was a leak in the unit. I paid for the tune up, but ended up paying over $100 just to TEST for a leak, with no solution. I feel the tune up costs should have included the necessary troubleshooting. I was not satisfied at all.

They told me to let the ice melted and someone will come to recharge the freon. It was after 5 PM and I was a bit worry if someone would really come as promised. I called the first guy and he said he would call me back once he got in touch with the freon guy. I called again some 40 minutes later and he told me the freon guy was on his way. In less than 10 minutes I got a call from the freon guy. He came, and recharged the freon and finished his job right around 7PM. I was impressed and I like what they have done.

The service turned out great. They were really thorough. I was really happy with the service as they took time to check everything out.

The service went really well. The technician took a picture to show me the before and after of what it looked like and what had been done. He gave different angles of the work. The scheduling was excellent on a prior visit and they were able to come quickly with little notice for this service.

Joe arrived on time, calling ahead. Diagnosed a leak in the accumulator. Fixed the same day. He was courteous, professional, and honest, keeping me informed and showing me the problem. Always took time to explain, wore shoe protectors in the house. Made a frustrating experience much better.

First bought a big deal coupon for air check up and then hired them to install an attic exhaust fan. For the air check he came when scheduled, checked out everything and replaced a part that was under warranty. Suggested that I install a thermostat controlled attic exhaust fan to help cool the attic and reduce summer electric bills. I scheduled that for the next week. They did not show up that week and I called and they said they would get back to me and reschedule. They did and showed up on time and installed the fan. Tony was very nice. He did a great job on installing the fan in a gable. I'm glad I did as the other day it was about 80 and the fan set to come on at 100 degrees was already working!

Nathan and Gary were very professional and, as far as I can tell, did what they were supposed to do. Since the weather is now warmer and I'm not using the heat I can't really tell a difference but I'm expecting that the problem has been corrected. Apparently, when this house was built, the original contractor did not place the attic unit in the correct area (the middle of the attic) and instead put the main trunk on one side of the attic causing heat and air to travel a great distance to the opposite side of the house. The original contractor also did not adjust the dampers correctly on the smaller trunks going to each room in the house. The only complaint I have is that the price ($532) to do this seemed high.

Very thorough and professional. Best heating and air company that I've ever had at my home. The work only took approx. 2.5 hours. They took before & after pictures of the duct work & I watched them clean the air coil.

Things went well. We had been having trouble with the unit and the tech found two things wrong and was able to give accurate pricing right there. We, however, decided not to make repairs due to the age of the unit.

The unit was installed by very competent professionals who did a tremendos job of getting the old system out and the new one in. They accomplished this task in about 3 hours with not even the slightest mess left behind. The Aire Serve Technician followed up and made sure that all characteristics of the unit were understood and that the system was functioning properly. Great experience and a great company!

He did an excellent job and was very thorough and took his time to make sure he tested everything. He found a couple of watch items that I may need to have fixed in the future and put in 6 pounds of Freon into my system.

Aire Serv of Huntsville cleaned the HVAC unit and checked for proper operation. They then went under the house and checked all of the ducts for serviceability and wear. They found a problem with my HVAC cowling and quoted the cost of repair. I accepted their quote and the repair was completed that morning. Aire Serv of Huntsville was professional and courteous. I will definitely use them for all of my HVAC needs.

The guy that came out is named Joe and he did a thorough tune-up. He cleaned and checked out everything the way he was supposed to do it. He came in and checked the inside work as well like the thermostat and control unit. He also checked the heaters upstairs and found some problems. Then he got that fixed as well.

They said everything was looking good. It turned out well. It was a good experience. They completed the tune-up in about an hour.
