They did a good job and I got what I expected. They got the job done in about one hour and they came when they said they would. They left me a list of recommendations and things I may need to consider in the future. I had no issues with their service.

Pleasant experience. I knew I needed refrigerant which is why I did the special inspection deal. The man was very nice and professional. Only reason I give a B on quality is because I thought the inspection could have been a bit more thorough. But perhaps that wasn't included in the price. But a B is good. I'm being picky.

The first AC service we called came over & looked at our unit which we think is the original unit so it is about 50 years old. He told us that we needed to replace our fan motor, we were out of Freon & would probably have to replace our unit. We asked for an estimate but never heard from them again. Then we decided to give Angie's List a try & joined for one year. We picked the provider because of the deal. This service was amazing. They were prompt with a call back, was able to schedule a time that was good for us since we were going to be gone on vacation. They were even worried about us being out of AC for that week. When they came to the house the serviceman was prompt & professional He even wore booties inside the house & removed them when he went outside. He replaced some connectors on the fan so we did not have to replace it. When it was working he checked & our Freon was good. Since then the AC has worked fine & I will definitely keep this company in mind when we have to replace our current unit. We ended up paying $200 more but I feel it was worth every penny since it saved us thousands in not having to replace the whole unit.

We had no idea that there might be a problem. The found rusted coils and some leaks in them. Gave quote to fix or replace. They were professional. That jed us to start a search for a replacement HVAC systsem.

Great overall ...only thing I would recommend for them is to carry a small vacuum when doing vent screening ..but not bad wouldn't not yse them again they were overall very professional.

original appt was delayed a couple days due to emergencies they had to work but they communicated well, were courteous and worked proficiently

The men were clean, ironed uniforms, clean cut and very professional. They did all this work for $29 with this big deal from Angie's list. I would for sure use them for all my future HVAC needs and twice a year tuneups. We are very pleased, not only because of the wonderful deal. these people know what they are doing.

I have the original system that was installed when the house was built (15 yrs old), and am selling my house so the new buyer was concerned that the system was not up to snuff. AireServ was great about checking every aspect of both the heating and cooling systems. They also repaired an air duct that was blocked up in the attic by replacing part of the duct in over 100 degree temperatures in the attic. They were very thorough and performed quality work. They were also very professional and polite.

They did a quality job and completed all work requested. I would recommend their services.

Never received a call from Aire Serv of Huntsville & A-1 Service Company to schedule service.

Overall it went good. The very delayed initial communication, cancelled appointments by the company, and late arrival were unsatisfactory. The professionalism of our sales guy was great, as well as the price for what we received. After all was said and done, we would probably use this company again.

They first serviced the equipment (which also had frozen over). We bought the 1 year contract at that time. They then came out and replace an under warranty part. Professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Great company and I will use them again!

The inspection went fine, but 2 months later, when our units both "died," we called Aire Serv again to get an estimate for the cost of replacing them and for moving some existing ductwork in the attic that wasn't efficiently installed in the first place. We were disappointed when both units went out so quickly after the Aire Serv service call in January thinking that, surely, if they were in such bad shape, an expert in the business might have mentioned that the units were on their last leg. When we got the estimate from them to replace the units and move the duct work, we felt that it was FAR too costly. I don't recall the exact figure, but it seems like it somewhere between $15,000 and $20,000. We found another installer, instead, who offered a much better estimate and far more professional service suggestions and options. We will not buy another Angie's List service offer for Aire Serv again. We have learned that we can do much, much better with both price and service.

Poor profesionalism on both Angie's list and Aire Serv of Huntsville & A-1 Service Company. No reason why I should not have been contacted in the time required by the dealer. I even included my phone number in the comments when I signed up.

The serviceman was really good and we really liked him. He was very helpful and friendly and described what was going on with both A/C units, and gave us advice on what to expect in the future, and what would need to be done when each of those units quit working. The main unit is 27 years old, and the smaller unit is 13 years old. We are extremely happy with what he did, and highly recommend him and his company to anybody needing A/C testing or repair.

Technician was running late due to storms the day before. Technician did a thorough job and explained everything to me as he did the inspection. Minor problem was found and fixed. I'd recommend Aire Serve to others.

It was fine. I ordered the service thinking that they could give it the tune-up and recommend whether it needed service or not. As it turned out, they recommended it be replaced entirely. They offered a competitive bid but another company won it based on the product they were offering. So with a new unit coming in from a different company, we no longer needed the service purchased and they offered a refund through Angie's List. The company Aire Serv was just great and I had no problems with them at all. The decision was made based on the bottom line and the furnace brand being quoted. High marks to all involved!

Very professional. Great manners, did not rush. Gave attention to my questions and problems above expectations. Used shoe covers when walking on carpet. Used $39 coupon for labor, rest was just the refrigerant replacement.

The service from Aire Serv was great. The technician was a bit delayed by previous calls (and rain earlier in the week) but they called me twice to keep me updated and he arrived at the re-scheduled time. I don't consider the delay to be something that was "their fault" and they certainly went above and beyond most contractors in keeping me up to date. The technician was very professional and answered all of my questions, also taking time to educate me a bit about my HVAC system. Everything went extremely well and I would feel confident using their services again and recommending them to my friends.

Heat pump coil was bad and needed to be replaced. I opted instead for a complete new unit. Replaced with a 5 ton Goodman unit. I thought the price was on the high side, however the service was professional and performed quickly with minimal hassle.
