The gas burner on my fireplace would not light and I knew it needed to be cleaned out since over time it gets' filled with soot. The technician was very professional, dismantled my gas logs which he noticed had been incorrectly installed so he corrected that. He cleaned and serviced the fireplace and now it lights immediately every time I turn it on. He gave me some suggestions on installing a blower and a carbon monoxide detector. I was very pleased with the service and the price (Groupon special for $89). The only issue I had was that I had called and scheduled an 8 a.m. appointment which meant I had to take time off of work to stay home for the service call. At 8:05 when I had not heard from them, I called the office and they told me they didn't have a record of my appointment, but they would send someone out immediately. Within 20 minutes the tech arrived and from there on I was pleased with the service. So just a note to the scheduler to pay attention to your appointment bookings. But thank you for the quality service; my fireplace works great now and I am very pleased with the results.

Very Well, Check my AC unit outside and my furnace inside. My unit were working properly and didn't need any service.

I have not liked any other Heating & Cooling company I've tried. Either the worker was unprofessional, didn't know what they were doing, or the front office was incompetent. I took a chance with a coupon deal and I was very happy with this service. Gary arrived exactly on time and was very professional. He didn't tromp in and out of my house, but instead efficiently checked and cleaned the central unit. He gave me good information and didn't push anything on me. I was extremely pleased. I'd use this company again. I'm glad to finally have a "go to" Heating & Cooling company.

Joe, the service technician that came out for Aire Serv was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and pointed out an issue on the 2 year old heat pump that I might want to contact the original installer for so I would be covered for labor as well as parts. I was so impressed by his work I signed up for the semi annual services Aire Serv provides.

Making the appoitment was a great experience. They helped guide me to the best service at the best cost. Set me up with the spring AC/fall furnace package. Very pleasant, helpful and really wanted feedback on how they performed. The appointment was scheduled within a few days based on our schedule. Joe showed up on time, was very curteous, professional, explained his work and what additionally we could do to get better performance out of our units. Overall a great experience!!!

He told me I needed a new fan motor because I said my AC unit was noisy. I called another dealer and he said the motor would be replaced for just the labor cost since it was still under warrantee which the tech from Aire Serv didn't even mention. He was going to charge me for a new motor and labor. I still don't know if I really needed a new fan motor. I had it replaced and the noise was still there. So I don't believe I needed a new motor.

This service call went absolutely great! I purchased a coupon here on AngiesList and called to schedule an appointment immediately. They had one available on the day I requested and offered me morning or afternoon. I took afternoon and they gave me a specific time, took down my address and phone number (to let me know if they were running late), and told me they'd see me then. The arrived 3 minutes after the agreed upon time. Not only is that on-time, but as with many service calls I call that early! The gentleman was polite, friendly, and professional. I took him through the house to show him where the dryer was and showed him that it actually vented up through the roof. He said this was no problem at all. He pulled around the back and brought in his tools and ladder to my interior courtyard area. He completed the checkup of the HVAC unit on the roof then looked at the heat pump in the attic. My place is pretty new so there was nothing that needed to be done he said. Then he moved the dryer, hooked up his vacuum unit to the both ends of the vent (remember, one is on the roof as is my actual HVAC unit) and completed the vent cleaning. Afterwards he put everything back the way it was before he started. I got a written checklist of everything inspected and he was able to answer my questions about service contracts (they offer one with 2 tune-ups/inspections a year for $159 and that will get you %15 off any necessary parts I believe). So not only was he on time and thorough but I felt he was honest and very quick (whole visit was probably a little over and hour). I would not hesitate to do business with this company again!!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They were good and the work was good. They were on time.They came out promptly.

I have always had great service with Air Serve. Charlotte has been extremely easy to work with and has always provided great service and advice. I have used Air Serve to clean my air ducts, tune up our AC, and install a new return vent cover.

Everything turned out well, and it was a great experience. The technician arrived on time, was very detail-oriented, and even discovered a defect with the unit that I had repaired for free since the unit was still under warranty. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

I am planning on going with their maintenance plan that includes two service checks /year.

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional in his approach. He found a couple of items which I recognized as legitimate needs and was able to fix them during the same visit at a reasonable cost, without sales pressure. I would use them again for annual A/C check up.
