Description of Work: Heat pump stopped working with temp in the low 30's. Called Aire Serv and they sent a repairman out within two hours. The repair was to replace a fuse and fix a wire that had caused the short. That night fuse blew again and I called answering service at 5:30 in the morning and was told I would be contacted by repairman. Joe called at 8;15 and said he was on they way. Again the fuse was replaced and the system was placed in emergency heat in order to determine which side (gas or heat pump) was causing fuse to blow. When I switched back off emergency heat fuse blew again. I called Aire Serv and the very polite and professional receptionist took my information and assured me Joe would call me soon. In approximately 20 minute Joe called and was on his way to my home. A wire on top of a motor had it's insulation rubbed off and was grounding out causing the fuse to blow. This repair was made and the unit has worked perfectly. Everyone I contacted or talked to at Aire Serv did exactly as they promised and were all extremely professional. The service was prompt and the price fair. I was not charged for the additional calls which reflects the professional manner in which this business is operated. Customer friendly and at a good price. I would highly recommend Aire Serv to everyone .
